This was a fantastic cooking class. Chef Tony and Angelina were great, very attentive, generous (kept Prosecco glasses full) and the food was delicious. Did the vegetarian menu and would make dishes again. Highly recommend

A very enjoyable experience. We are not very experienced chefs, but Tony and Vittoria made the process very easy. We will try to reproduce the pasta with meatballs and tiramisu at home. The final product was delicious. Highly recommend.

What a fun experience! We had a great time learning how to cook and Chef did a phenomenal job explaining "why" things are done in that way...so that you can apply it in other cooking you do at home. The wine was flowing, instructions simple (but effective), and food tasted fabulous at the end of the night! Definitely a great experience and will do it again when going back to Sorrento...

Great experience and a lot of fun. We highly recommend this. I'm fact we met a couple on another tour the next day, recommended it to them and the have already done this and thanked us for telling them about it.

We booked this experience after talking to a couple on another tour. They went on and on about how fun and delicious it was. They were not exaggerating!! I’ve never had, let alone made, such delicious meatballs! The gnocchi, tomato sauce, and tiramisu were also out of this world! Best tiramisu I’ve ever had. Tony knew what he was doing and he was super enjoyable. I don’t regret this at all!! So worth it!!!

I was so excited to join this cooking school and the experience was wonderful. We enjoyed dining with wine on the fruits of our learning. I served the meatballs and sauce with bucatini for my Thanksgiving dinner. So delicious. We have a fabulous Italian grocery and deli in Phoenix, Arizona named Romanelli’s. I shopped for all my items there. Yes I will “ Come back to Sorrento” and cook with you again. Hopefully it will be the fish. Janice Shanks.

All around excellent experience. Chef Tony and his team were very welcoming. The ambiance and cleanliness were impressive. We did this on our last night in Italy and it was the perfect way to end our trip. Tony was easy to follow and the food and wine were out of this world. Highly highly recommend!

This was, hands down, our favorite thing we did the entire trip. We learned how to make tiramisu, meatballs, and gnocchi, and I am telling you, it was our best meal of the whole trip. Tony was an AMAZING teacher, and I can't wait to get home to practice making these dishes! If you have any interest whatsoever in learning some authentic Italian dishes, you will book this experience!!

This was a last-minute booking for me and my husband, and wow, was it awesome! The deliciousness of the marinara sauce and the meatballs with so few ingredients was surprising. Italy knows its tomatoes and meat. Absolutely delicious. We also learned how to make tiramisu - so easy that we're going to host our own "Italy" cooking night at our house. There's no way everything will taste as good, but it'll be a fun night.

My Wife had a fantastic experience with Chef Tony. The one thing she wanted to do while in Italy was to do a cooking class. Since we cook quite a bit at home we wanted to find a class that was unique and new to us. We chose this class because chef Tony has multiple options of what you can choose to cook. We chose to do the Vegetarian option which is not normally our style. We did the Eggplant Parmesan, Gnocchi alla Sorentina and Tiramisu. He made all these dishes look so simple and we loved them and will repeat them at home. We had a great experience and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Sorrento. *Also he makes his own wine and it was terrific.

We so enjoyed our time at the Quanto Basta cooking school! Located just a block from Tasso Square, it is very easy to get to. The space is lovely with a great vibe and decor and commercial grade kitchen. Our host was delightful and a wonderful chef and we enjoyed learning how to make gnocchi, meatballs, and tiramisu with an excellent bottle of wine made by the chef himself. As sad as we'll be to leave Italy, we look forward to trying to recreate this amazing meal at home.

Highly recommend this experience. It was one of the highlights of our whole honeymoon. We made tiramisu, meatballs and pasta. Everything was delicious and we had the best time making it. Tony was a great host and teacher. We also drank lots of his homemade wine and started the class sampling some meats and cheeses.

We had a wonderful time, learning some Italian cooking tips (“poco, poco”) and enjoying the fruits of our labor. Delizioso!

My dad and I booked as a “last-minute-oh-no-it’s-raining” activity, so we weren’t sure what to expect. I promise you, the second you walk into quanto basta you feel at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. My father owned a successful italian restaurant for quite some time, so we went into it thinking we weren’t gonna learn much and just have a fun time. We were WRONG. Chef Tony has so many amazing cooking tips and tricks that made us question some of our most beloved recipes. Chef Tony is what makes this experience so great. He is funny, kind, patient, and passionate. He loves what he does and it shows through his work. The wine is great, the food is excellent, and the experience is one of a kind. I would recommend this to anyone, rain or shine, make your way to Quanto Basta!
