all was good at the airport and with the transport so that was 5 stars. However, the email to me was that I would get an email immediately from the vendor, which I never received and when I contacted the chat, the person was clearly only asking the scripted questions and answers and wanted confirmation from me that all was good when nothing was resolved for me - that shows bad management within the company, when employees are more focused on their script than an outcome for the client! Also, if the official viator email to me would have said that the company will whatsapp me on the day I would not have wondered why I didn't hear anything

I was looking for placard with my name on it so I know who was picking me up, so I was roaming around looking for the pick point. Directions were little confusing.

Well, there isn't someone waiting on you at the airport with a sign with your name on it. You have to weave your way through everyone until you are outside. There, you will find a small 8x10 sign for the company. Our driver was MIA for a while. Van looked like a bachelor party van to hotel. Return van was somewhat nicer and driver was on time. Company was VERY hard to communicate with. It took several to find out what time out return trip would be. Not impressed.

Great service! Jose took us to our resort and Michael was our driver back to airport. Both drivers were great! This was my first time and so I booked one way but as soon as I seen how easy and great the experience was I booked my ride back to airport. Definitely would recommend! Thank you for great service

Fast and great service! They were waiting on us right at the time given, very communicative and the private ride was great.

No one greeted us like the photo used for this company. I received WhatsApp messages telling us to go outside and from there we were swarmed with people trying to offer us taxis. When we finally made it to the correct meeting spot a young man told us it would be a “five minute” wait. It was longer than 5 minutes so I texted on WhatsApp again and then we were picked up shortly thereafter. My name wasn’t on any list so it just didn’t seem personalized.

Friendly, safe, quick, I would use them again and recommend them to family and friends to use for transportation to resorts.

The company provided timely and reliable service. They were easy to find upon arrival at the airport, and they had us in a private vehicle with little wait. I was able to easily change our pick-up time from the hotel to accommodate an earlier departure.

Easy to find once we arrived at the airport. The greeter spoke English well, show us to our car and helped with our bags.

The wait for our driver took a little long but it was ok! The driver was friendly, played good music and got us to our resort safe and fast!

Punta Cana Transport is my new GO TO for transfers in Punta Cana! Their rates are great and the service was AWESOME! The instructions to exit the terminal at PUJ and look for my name along the bank of transportation companies was spot on. We found it quickly and confirm our arrival. The counter rep escorted us to the vehicle and in 15 mins we were at our resort. Miguel, our driver was courteous and funny. He was able to communicate via a translation app that he spoke into in Spanish and it give it to us in English. Our driver coming back (I didn’t get his name and I’m sorry) was a gentleman helping us in and out of the vehicle. He was very pleasant. I have a group of ladies that will be visiting Punta Cana in May 2024 and I will definitely be using their service for the trip. Did I mention that the transfers are PRIVATE…no sharing with strangers!
