The mile long walk from being dropped off at the curb to walk back to the beach was ridiculous. This is not Indicative of Viator from the past

Such an amazing experience and one our family won’t soon forget. Two weeks prior to our cruise, which included a stop in Puerto Vallarta, our thirteen-year-old son broke his wrist. All water activities and high intensity excursions were off the table. He was miserable, which made me so very sad. As I searched for things exciting to do, I came upon Vallarta Parasailing – he could parasail – starting from the beach and land on the beach – no water involved! YEAH. I asked my son if he wanted to go – he said, “Heck no!” I offered to go first – and he conceded he would go if I went first…eeek…what did I get myself into??? But I didn’t book anything in advance, as I was not sure if he would be allowed to go because of his cast. So, we ventured out to the beach with no reservation and made our way over to the blue umbrellas to inquire about the parasailing adventure. Immediately Alfredo said it would be no problem for our son to participate, as he would mostly need his right hand, so it would be safe. He then asked if we had a reservation, and my heart sank because we didn’t. But Alfredo said, “No problem!” So, while Miguel secured me into the harness, provided me with a life jacket and two-way radio, Alfredo provided we the instructions for a smooth take-off and landing and within 20 seconds I was in the air! WOW!! The view was amazing, and the two-way radio allowed me to say hi to my husband and son! Although the landing instructions seemed simple, I was not convinced they would be completed with ease. I was wrong. As the driver of the boat returned towards the starting point, Alfredo talked me through which way to pull on the sail and expertly directed me to land on the beach from almost the exact spot from which I took off. Then it was my son’s turn. I gave him a hug and told him to enjoy himself and a few minutes later he too was sailing in the sky! He too had no difficulty following Alfredo’s directions maneuvering the sail to a perfect landing on the beach. A short while later, we walked off the beach after an unexpected adventure and big smiles on our faces. Many thanks to Alfredo and Miguel – and the talented boat pilot for a day full of memories.

Amazing experience!!! Must do in Puerto Vallarta. 1st time parasailing & they made sure I felt safe & had the best time! Incredible views & great people who make it an experience to remember forever!🪂❤️ You can take your phone with you & they also take videos for you which I loved! Paying in cash is easiest but they also took PayPal which was super helpful. Saw them on Holi beach right away and was taken care of from the moment I got there. You can book online but I walked up and had no issues. Thank you Vallarta Parasailing! It was so fun, can’t wait to go back and do it again! 🙏 😊

For my mother's 70th birthday, her bucket list item was to go parasailing. She had an absolutely wonderful time! The team were warm, combining clear instructions with an attitude that calmed any nervousness. Taking off, flying, and landing were all a breeze even for a 70 year old with poor knees. They assisted with her landing to make it as gentle as possible. Highly recommend!

The best adventure ever and worth every dollar! Book it now. We absolutely loved it. Just fyi they provide water and phone cases so you can take/videos in the air. He also recorded us coming down. This is an experience of a lifetime. My daughter was afraid of heights and loved every minute of it!

Alfredo runs the show. Extremely safe and simple operation. As someone who is scared of heights I showed up very sceptical. But I was immediately calmed by the instructions and confidence shown by the staff. Was a great experience and lasted no longer than 25 mins for me and my partner.

Super safe. Staff were enthusiastic and friendly. They even took videos and pictures for us. They had a special pouch for our phones that let us take the phones up in the air and take videos/pics without loosing them. Great experience!

One of the best experiences I've ever had in my life. My girlfriend and I had never been parasailing. Alfredo and his team did a tremendous job making us feel comfortable and as if we were locals. 5/5 will definitely be doing this again on our next travels to Puerto Vallarta!

Alfred's crew is very friendly. We were a few minutes late, which I do not recommend, we just had some bad circumstances, but they were very compassionate and understanding. The parasailing experience is good, but for the price we wouldn't go again. The crew is very informative and make you feel safe/educated before you take flight. You can see all of the city, but this activity is more geared towards people who want to relax in the sky for 5-8 minutes to soak in the view rather than actively do something. It's expensive but once again the staff, Alfred's crew, was very amazing to deal with.
