Our trip was canceled the night before because not enough people registered for it. It was too late for the four of us to get on with another excursion the next day. The did promptly refund our payment though, which was nice.

The crew was great, drinks flowers freely throughout our voyage. The snorkeling guide was great. The only reason I wouldnt give a 5/5 was the quality of lunch. It was kinda like a kids lunch box, really not great. Quality should prevail throughout from beginning to end. Jose did well as the host!

What I remember most was that the operator cancelled the excursion at the last minute, starting that there was not enough people sounded up. The gave us that info the night before, giving us no time to make alternative plans.

The guides were all around superb! Entertaining, friendly, and patient. They were very accommodating and showed that they wanted us to have a great time. We had spent the perfect amount of time snorkeling- the water was warm and we were able to see all sorts in the reefs. The meal (box lunch) provided was great and the drinks never ran dry. The driver who brought us from the resort was also great! He was punctual, funny and very informative. For all of the time we have spent in Cancun- Puerto Morelos Catamaran Reef Sail and Snorkel was our favorite activity.

This snorkel tour was really great. I prefer small groups so I tend to avoid the resort tours. The group size was perfect! We were all able to lounge and enjoy the sail and of course drinks! The crew made sure we were always comfortable and were lots of fun. The snorkeling was really good. We weren't crowded by other groups which was so nice. There was lots of time to swim around and look at everything. We also stopped at another spot after snorkeling to swim in the clear blue waters. Their box lunch was delicious. We had ages from 5 to 60ish. And everyone seemed to really enjoy their day. Definitely a snorkel tour to check out if you like small groups.

The crew was great and the snorkle wild life was incredible. Have done several sail snorkle combos and this was a great experience - they were especially good with the 5 elementary school aged children in the group.

It was a wonderful trip, the crew was so kind and helpful. The drinks and food were plentiful and delicious. The boat was comfortable and we felt very safe. The snorkeling guide was perfect, he helped us all get started and led us out to the reef, we saw sting rays, and many colorful fish.

This was an amazing adventure! We were able to get into the full day snorkel and sand bar trip. The snorkel was on a shallow reef that had a great variety of fish and corals. We even saw a massive eagle ray eat a fish right in front of us! Then we sailed up to the sand bar where we floated and enjoyed beverages provided by the excursion. The crew of the catamaran was so accommodating and fun. They really made the trip memorable. I would highly recommend this to anyone, even if you've never snorkeled before. Everything you need to have an awesome adventure is provided.

We had a lovely day out on the water. Saw a couple of sting rays, barracuda, and even an eel hiding in the coral. It was a great balance of snorkeling for about an hour and then relaxing on the boat afterwards sailing south along the coast to see Puerto Morelos. The crew were super attentive and kept the cervesas coming.

Our snorkel trip got changed to a sand bar instead due to weather but we still had so much fun! The crew on the boat were amazing, we could barely even set our empty glass down before they were handing us another.

The crew was great. It was very windy the day before and a little windy on the day that we went. Still able to snorkel. Crew was very accommodating.

Riding on the front of the catamaran in the sailing portion and the friendly knowledgeable staff. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the snorkeling part was very strenuous due to the weather. We should have stopped at the closest section of coral where I saw lots of beautiful fish, and not snorkeled all the way out to the main reef. I am 61 and was able to do it but we didn’t see much further out

Had a great time on our half day sail and snorkel trip with our group of 10. It was good fun for our whole group which included 5 kids from 1 to 10 years old. Thanks to the crew!

It was canceled late evening for the trip scheduled for next day morning preventing us from booking anything else for the day. Claim was because they didn’t meet the numbers needed and it might rain. There was no forecast of rain that day. They should have cancelled earlier so we can book something else. Wasted our day.

Me, my husband and our 6 year old daughter loved the tour. The boat was very clean and spacious (there were 2 other guests). The crews were professional and very nice. We sailed out on the catamaran and switched to a smaller boat for snorkeling. When we got back to the catamaran, we were offered boxed lunch, ham and cheese sandwich, quite delicious. We then sailed for about another hour before heading back. Definitely recommend this tour!

Amazing trip! We had teenagers and a 4 year old. Everyone had a blast. The front of the catamaran had a ln area to lay out and enjoy the views. Snorkeling was great, saw lots of fish and the crew were very helpful and make the trip very fun! Would book this trip again.

Angel was an amazing guide. I was on a solo trip as a young female in her 20s. Whether it’s your first time snorkeling or not, he gave really good tips and tricks and explained how to have the most enjoyable snorkeling experience. He had really good energy, and was very attentive to the entire group. He made it very clear that we wanted to limit the harm to the reef, as it is delicate. He explained how to swim horizontally as to not swim vertically and kick up sand, disrupting the gentle ecosystem. I would recommend to families with older children, couples and solo travelers! We had a mix on our tour.

The crew were exceptional. Sailing portion was lacking. Snorkeling was difficult due to waves and current.

This was our first time on a catamaran and WOW, it was an amazing experience! We had such a great time and the team was super friendly and accommodating!! We 100% plan on booking with Marina la Bonita every time we're in the area. You can't miss this!!

Enjoyable snorkeling experience. Catamaran ride out and back was relaxing and enjoyable. Friendly staff. I liked that they inquired about music preferences and regularly asked if anyone needed a beverage. We didn't personally eat or drink on the boat, but it was an early sail. Super convenient that they provide the towels, and we really enjoyed the transportation from our hotel. My only suggestion is to bring your own goggles/mask. My nose piece kept filling up with water. The snorkels seemed brand new and came wrapped in plastic. A note on the reef (and they will tell you this) but most of the area you're swimming in is no more than 6-7 feet deep. It gets even more shallow, so be mindful that you'll need to stay horizontal to not disrupt the reef.
