With Brian as our guide we had an amazing and delightful day touring Yellowstone. His knowledge, personality, patience and perseverance made for a memorable experience. The sights are breathtaking, the waterfalls magical and the animals wildly entertaining. We were 6 seniors, ages 67 - 80 sharing a "bucket list" trip to Yellowstone, Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park and The Badlands. Hands down, the best tour of our 3 week trip Out West! Perfect ending...as we were leaving the park we saw a bear. No need for binoculars, just that close. Ambling along, minding his business and scouting the tree line on the other side of the field.

This was a fantastic tour and a large part of the awesomeness was our guide Scott. Yellowstone is a must do but you need to do it with a guide like Scott. We learned so much more because we didn't know all the questions we should ask but he filled in facts along the way that allowed us to ask and learn so much more than we ever imagined. We saw so many unbelievable views and we walked away with such a bigger appreciation for this park with Scott's help. Can't say enough nice things about this park and our guide.

This was our first time visiting Yellowstone. Searching online, we decided to book a private tour with “Tied to Nature” on Thursday. Brian picked us up early in the morning at our hotel for the southern loop tour. On our drive up from Jackson Hole to our hotel in Island Park on Wednesday, we had already stopped at “Old Faithful”. Upon hearing this and knowing we would also be spending Friday in the park, Brian asked if we would like to pivot our tour from the full southern loop tour. It was so cool how flexible Brian was with our tour and how enthusiastic he was in helping us see everything we wanted to see! Brian had professional binoculars available and a scope with the iPhone attachment which allowed the wildlife video he had taken on our tour to be easily airdropped to our phone. We were able to see a great grey owl perched in a tree, bison meandering across the road, young swans gliding across the water, to name a few. Brian was very knowledgeable and hospitable, providing snacks and a delicious bag lunch from a local restaurant with selections made prior to the tour. Brian was helpful in planning the stops we would make on our own on Friday. Brian gave us very specific directions on where and when to go for the best opportunity to see some wolves! We followed his advice and were able to see the wolves in the Lamar Valley! Amazing! Brian was the perfect guide! We give this tour our highest recommendation!

Levi was amazingly knowledgeable and passionate about nature. He knows so much about Yellowstones ecosystem and explains it so well. We were impressed beyond our expectation.

We are two retired couples on our first trip to Yellowstone and chose Tied To Nature to show us the southern loop. Our guide, Steve, was on time to pick us up and shared tons of sights and information throughout the day. We saw numerous geo-thermals, male bison, several female herds, elk, and other wildlife. Of course, Steve guided us to best viewing of Old faithful and Grand Prismatic. The day was smooth, worry-free, filled with insightful information and of course sights like nowhere else. We are pleased with every aspect of the tour and will choose Tied to Nature again.

Our guide was Levi. We visited Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. Grand Prismatic and Old Faithful just to name a few spots. Levi was outstanding! He knew all the best places to stop and timed our stops perfectly. He stayed with us and shared stories about the area we were visiting. His knowledge of the park was outstanding. He was also our photographer at times. Best decision we made on this trip was to book this tour.

Having never been to Yellowstone we wanted a private tour that we could customize to see what we wished and neither one of us had to drive. We lucked out as our guide, John, was so knowledgeable about the park and he was happy to show us all the gorgeous scenery. John was determined to find us loads of wildlife. We saw Bison, Elk and even a Mama Grizzly with three cubs! We won't forget waiting in what John called the Bear Jam for the Grizzly to move so we could get a good picture of her. So happy that we chose Tied to Nature for our tour, it surpassed all our expectations.

Our guide was Brian and he was excellent. It's a PRIVATE tour so YOU get to decide where you'd like to go and see. Brian was very accommodating and shared a lot of great information about the sites we visited. We highly recommend this tour early in your Yellowstone trip so you know the best sights to visit!

Scott was our tour host -wow, he is a fantastic tour guide -- as a "native" of the area, he is so knowledgeable about the history, folklore, and traditions of Yellowstone and the surrounding areas. He made the trip more memorable by tailoring the trip to our expectations and goals--he kept us on time so that we could meet our sightseeing goals without rushing or making us feel like we had to hurry along. He offered us advice for the remainder of our stay in Island Park, saving us so much time in planning. We highly recommend booking with Tied to Nature and asking for Scott as your guide. You won't be disappointed with Tied to Nature as your Yellowstone trip planner!

We had a great first time experience at Yellowstone, even if the weather didn't cooperate at times during the day. We got to see Old Faithful and even the Beehive Geyer erupt. The Beehive one is unpredictable so that was a bonus! Other standouts were the herds of Bison in the park as well as an eagle perched atop a tree (our guide, Brian, brought a zoom lens to attach to his camera (on a tripod) so we could see it up close...great add-on for this experience) and an osprey nest. Brian was friendly and informative which everyone in our party appreciated. I would recommend this tour and would use this company again.

6 of us did a full day Yellowstone tour with our guide, John! Absolutely so worth it! John knew exactly where to go and what to do and was able to spot so much wildlife! He is so knowledgeable on the area and shared lots of information. He took amazing pictures for us as well! 100% recommend doing this tour with John! Thanks John, from your Indiana friends!

This was the first time we have visited Yellowstone. Our guide was Scott he was fantastic very knowledgeable about the wildlife , history of the park, and all the various natural attractions. We were able to see a Grizzly Bear with her cubs, a Black Bear with 2 cubs, Bison and Elk thanks to Scott . He gave recommendations on where the best places were to view different animals in the park. We all had a wonderful day even though the weather was not great. I would highly recommended Tied to Nature and our guide Scott.

We went on a girls trip to the Yellowstone area to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. None of us had been to the park and I was concerned that the park was too large to hit in one day without a guide. We were shocked when I saw the price of the one day tours and we considered doing it on our own, but after reading a plethora of articles, blogs, online articles etc. I decided we needed to do it. We were close to West Yellowstone so I considered many different tour companies and narrowed it down to Tied to Nature because of the excellent reviews, proximity to our location, and price. Tied to Nature was actually a few hundred dollars cheaper than other tour companies we considered. What an absolute score!! The owner of the company Adam was super responsive to questions I had before the tour and instructions. Our tour guide John Harmon was the absolute BEST!! I could go on for pages about how fabulous John is but suffice it to say that we would have paid triple for the experience he gave us! We were concerned about an 8 hour tour that left at 6am but it was perfect! We saw all of the essential highlights, lots of wildlife, and even some extras that only John knows about. He is super familiar with the park, it's history, and filled the driving time with interesting information and fun chats about his experiences fishing, hunting, etc. and of course his lovely family. The day was the highlight of our whole trip!!! John is an excellent tour guide and we completed the tour feeling like we had made a new friend for life, it's awesome checking out his instagram to see his new interactions with the wildlife at Yellowstone and adventures with tour groups. I recommend Tied to Nature whole heartedly and invite anyone who has questions to reach out to me! It's rare these days to come across a company that is doing it right and feel like you get a good value for the price paid, I want to do anything I can to help Adam keep doing what he's doing!! Scott was our guide. He was amazing. So knowledgeable about Yellowstone, it’s history, how to get around, sites to see during our tour and recommended sites we could do on our own. Very personable with our family and we all had great conversations! Lunch he provided was great along with snacks through the day! Would highly recommend! When we return, we will definitely seek out Tied to Nature and request Scott as our guide!

We had the most amazing experience with our tour! Our children are 8, 10 and 12 and were so engaged the entire day with the information our tour guide shared with us. The knowledge of the park, history of everything in it, experience of visiting and knowing exactly where to take us based on what we were interested in was incredible. Couldn’t recommend this more! We had John as are guide and he was awesome..He went out of his way to make sure we as everything we needed to see and alot that we would not of seen on are own.

The tour was amazing. Adam, our guide, was right on time. He tailored our stops to our interests and gave us a lot of history of Yellowstone. We got to see a lot of wildlife, he had binoculars and a spotting scope to view them safely. He showed us the highlights of Yellowstone which was perfect since we had limited time at the park. He was great with our 12 and 13 year old boys. We had a nice lunch at a beautiful spot. We would definitely recommend Tied to Nature
