Nick was a great instructor he had much knowledge and education and explained very well we had a great time and it was a great experience

Our family of four had an amazing time today with Ocean Tours led by Diego S. Our group included two daughters, aged 6 and ten, along with two other couples, creating a diverse mix of people. We had the incredible experience of swimming with turtles, exploring a Mayan port and ruins, and cenotes. The logistics of the tour were impeccable - every activity was perfectly timed, and we never experienced any delays. The tour provided snacks and drinks in the car, regular bathroom breaks, and most importantly, the activities themselves were incredibly engaging. Diego, our guide, was knowledgeable, thoughtful, funny, well-managed, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Ocean Tours and Diego as the perfect guide for a memorable and stress-free adventure.

I traveled with my two sons (8 and 10) who both gave this trip 5 stars. Kelly was a great, knowledgeable guide who showed us 6 turtles, a cool underwater cenote (cave) and then topped off with a cultural snack with local juices. We all loved it!

The guide (Daniel SanFrancisco) Was really friendly and hat a lot to tell about the cenote. We also saw some turtles even though the weather was quite bad and the vision under water wasnt clear. It's crazy that the turtles stay so near to the beach and the people

Nicolas was a great tour guide! Fun day! It was a little crowded at Akumal but Nicolas did a great job keeping us from the big groups.

Big thanks to Alex Jimenez, Estefania and Russell. They made our day come alive with their big smiles and amazing service. We were taken on a well thought and managed day tour to a beautiful Cenote site and then to Akamul beach side for swimming with Turtles. It was a perfectly organized trip. We paid 20 dollars extra per person for a private experience which turned out to be a good decision. Gets you a separate car and personalized attention which we wanted. Well worth the extra cash. Alex has a winning personality and he took exceptional care of our entire group with a special attention to my 73 year old mother. Thanks to him she jumped into the Cenote and went snorkeling for the first time in her life.

We loved our tour! Our tour guide, Alma, and our bus driver, Tony, were so nice and fun to spend the day with! Would highly recommend! We saw 4 turtles and other animals!

We did the cenote and akumal combo and it was incredible! Our guide Max was fabulous. We did a private tour which felt worth it for our family, but I have no reservations about the group tour either. The operation was very professional, the van comfortable, etc. the lunch was absolutely delicious. The swim through the cenote was spectacular, and we saw multiple turtles and fish at Akumal. It could not have been better!

We went with our family of 4, kids are 12 & 14. We all had an amazing time! Our tour guide was Diego, he was kind, knowledgeable, and fun to spend the day with. Our driver was Manu, he was on time and really nice. Our photographer was Guille, he took the most amazing photos of our kids and as a family, having teenagers makes that even more impressive! Everything about the day was perfect - we saw lots of turtles, fish, and a sting ray! The cenotes we explored were wonderful and it was hard to get the kids to leave. We had the lunch prepared by the Mayan women (and some men, I believe) where my picky daughter ate 5 tacos and all of us agreed that we loved the food. Finding activities that we can all enjoy isn’t always easy and this adventure will definitely be remembered by all of us. I highly recommend booking this day trip!

My family and I had a great half day tour. Everything was well organized. We saw a few green turtles at Akumal beach. Then we had a tour at the cenote.

We loved our tour guide Emmanuel and the photographer Pamela (I think that was her name). They were amazing!! They were very communicative and explained everything about the culture and the tour expectations.

Emmanuel was the best tour guide! The trip was very well informed and set up, with a lot of information shared about what was expected so there were no questions unanswered. Emmanuel also provided a ton of info on the culture and some history facts about the places we visited and Mexican culture. Overall, an awesome experience!
