Awesome time. Well organized. Very educational and fun. Diego S. was an exceptional guide. Friendly, thoughtful, and well … just kind. (We all don’t get to be known this way … or even care to try). He even shared HIS Food/Drink list for Playa del Carmen favs! Driver Alex and photographer Alan did their jobs well. Very “much worth it” experience!

Great Tour all around! Carlos guided us through the Tulum ruins and taught us alot about the architecture of the buildings, the symbolism of the carvings and what the mayan people valued. We saw several sea turtles while snorkeling and both Carlos and Salma helped us get positioned for up close views and super cool interactions. My favorite though was the tour of different parts of the cenote caves guided by flashlights. Carlos also took time to chat with my family in depth about the cenote caves and his experiences cave diving. It was a lovely day. I also want to thank our driver for always having water and beverages on the ready, snacks, watching our gear while we were busy having fun and always having the van cool. Muchas Gracias!!!!!!

Homero was just fabulous with such experience and knowledge and caring for my children to make sure they felt safe and enjoyed the experience. Eric was also so friendly and caring and a very safe driver again making the trip so enjoyable I couldn’t recommend any higher!

Family adventures with Hamlet our guide to Tuluum, swimming in private cenote and swimming with the turtles. All the sights were beautiful and Hamlet shared information in a fun way to entertain and educate each of us. He shared a multitude of historical, architectural, plant and animal facts. He also wove a pet grasshopper out of palm leaf for the girls. Amazing sites but truly enhanced by our guide Hamlet. We would absolutely request him again for our next adventure. My daughter said she would give Hamlet a ten star review if she could. He even shared his talents of finding almonds and fruits in the jungle. Best guide ever!

For our group this was a perfect tour. First Diego was amazing - he led our bilingual group with ease The tour of the ruins in Tulum were great. Easily as good as Chichen-Itza. We had a couple of people in our group who had never snorkeled/afraid of the ocean but again Diego eased there fears and was super supportive of them in the water to the point the did enjoy getting to see the turtles. Finally the food at the cenote and the experience of wading/floating through the closed cenote caverns was fantastic. The only knock is that for more experienced or adventurous snorkelers there wasn't a lot of freedom to explore as I would have liked - but that was a minor thing

Ruben was an amazing tour guide, Daniel took incredible photos. The Mayan ruins were incredible and the beautiful view was worth seeing. Snorkeling with turtles was difficult for me but I still got to see a few. The cenote was my favorite part, wish that was longer. Lunch was great, very delicious.

We spent a wonderful time with our guide Daniel San Francisco, he’s a caring and super dedicated guide. I can guarantee you will enjoy your experience if you end up with him. The visit of Tulum was spot on with multiple fun facts along the way (wait till you hear where the name of the region Yucatan comes from…) and the help of our other guide Ramses. The snorkelling was also well organised and we got to approach Turtles very closely, without disturbing the fauna and the animals as per emphasised by our guides. The Cenotes was the highlight. After getting a nice typical Mayan lunch we got to visit a well hidden, underground cenotes. Very much different than the ones you see on Instagram but way more typical and historically rich ! I can only recommend the experience and hopefully you’ll get to hang out with Dani like we did !
