We are a family of eight, and Luis was waiting for us when we arrived and on our way to our condo, took us to a grocery store so we can get provisions and even help the shop. Awesome.

Luis emailed us the same day we booked to let us know all of our luggage would not be a problem. We walked out the airport doors and Frank, our driver, was there waiting with a sign. Frank was very friendly and helpful with sightseeing suggestions. We will definitely book with them again.

We were very pleased with the transportation service from ZIH to our rented house in Troncones. Luis and his team were prompt and professional. Great communication by email and WhatsApp! I highly recommend his services.

On time and patiently waited while we worked our way through the slow process of customs. The driver was super friendly and gave a lot of great suggestions for things to do and places to eat around the area. 10/10 would recommend!

The driver was late, the vehicle had NO air conditioning, and was overpriced. The notice in advance stated that the driver would be in the lot with a guitar singing a sing with our name. We had to ask several other drivers if they even knew this driver.

We received the names for two drivers and it wasn’t either of them. We expected to be picked up in what we received in our reservation a white van, and instead it was a red not new red compact. We were also to receive bottled water and we didn’t. We were very concerned on what was going on with safety in Mexico a concern. The driver also spoke no English even elevating our concerns. Overall a very concerning situation. Only gave a two because a driver was waiting and we got to the hotel safely.

Excellent. Our flight was delayed and there was no time in trying to catch our connecting flight to message Luis. But as soon as our plane landed at ZIH he messaged me to say he was waiting outside and even sent a picture of himself so we’d recognize him. Definitely relieved some of the stress of travel.

Great service even stopped at local grocery for us long the way spoke great English too! helped with bags and had a sign to greet us

Six of us were met right outside customs and delivered to our hotel in Luis's very nice air conditioned Toyota van. Luis gave us some local information on the way.

Our plane was 24 hours late. No problem, we were still picked up Taken to a small store for supply's and treated so kindly. Excellent company.

Luis was right on time and drove us to our resort in his very comfortable air conditioned van. On the way He shared his extensive knowledge of the local area including history, flora and fauna and suggestions for activities and shopping. He is great!

Before we left the States for our trip to Ixtapa, I searched for transportation options from the airport to our hotel. We had never been there before, so I had to rely on what seemed to be the common answer. This company, along with a few others dominated the search query. Reviews were good. All cost the same $70 US. I booked it. The service itself was fine. Our driver arrived a little late but that was OK. The van was larger and clean. The ride took about 20 minutes. With a tip, this cost me about $80 US dollars. After a week there, we took a taxi from our hotel to the airport for our return flight. 400 pesos...about $20 bucks! Lesson learned. There were plenty of waiting taxis at the airport exit. Don't prebook any of these services. Take a taxi - it will be about 300% cheaper!

Luis de la Manza operates this airport transportation and tour guide service. I have only the best to say about Luis and his staff. They met us at the airport as they had indicated they would and waited patiently with us as our family was stuck in a long line at customs, They provided cold water for all as we drove to Ixtapa. Francisco our driver happily stopped at an ATM machine that was out of the way so we could safely withdraw some pesos. We also utilized this company for an archeology tour of an ancient pyramid site. Our driver for this trip was Pablo and you could tell he was extremely knowledgeable and enjoyed sharing his country's history with us. At the end of our trip Luis met us at our condo and drove us to the airport. He was polite and helpful with this knowledge of the area. When I ever return to Ixtapa I most certainly will use Luis de la Maza tour and transportation service. Gracias amigo!

The transition was waiting outside Airport as we arrived. So he was on time. The Gentleman gave me his name but I don't remember it. I must say he is an honest person. I dropped and envelope in his taxi and he returned it to me just before he left my hotel. Thank you very much.
