Absolutely spectacular experience. Our tour guide was so kind to us! He had Great customer service skills! He arrived to the airport on time to pick us up. He was very east to find. He had our names printed on a sign. He allowed us to use the restrooms before our drive to Sorrento. He gave us a tour on our drive there too pointing out all of the landmarks etc. We will definitely book with him again on our ride back home this week.

Astarita was excellent and worked with us when a flight delay resulted I. Our arriving a day late. Our driver, Alessandro, was excellent and entertaining on our drive from Naples to Sorrento.

We were delighted with this car service. The drivers were always waiting for us at the designated locations with a sign with our name. They were extremely helpful sharing a wealth of information on the area. On the return trip from Sorrento to the Naples train station, the driver even stopped for a granita di limone for me as I requested! He then waited at the train station while we went to the bathroom and guided us to our train. Wonderful service!

A comfortable, flexible and efficient service. We were delighted with our transfers which included waiting for us at Vesuvius and Pompeii, enabling us to visit these sights on the way to and from Naples and have our baggage looked after.

Fabio from Daytrip was incredible! He texted me the morning of our pickup and suggested we stop at a winery for lunch and a little relaxation. The winery was at the base of Mount Vesuvius and had a view of Sorrento and Capri. I’m so glad he suggested it, it was one of our trip highlights. The food, the atmosphere, the wine tasting g was so much fun. Such a great recommendation. I also appreciated how patient Fabio was given our one hour train delay …he was not concerned and made it all work. This was my first time using Daytrip but I will seek them out elsewhere ~ such a great experience and made getting from Naples to Sorrento so much more pleasant than transferring to a regional train then lugging our luggage through town to our hotel. That was fine in college but now it’s time to treat ourselves!

We have used this service twice while holidaying in Sorrento (from Naples airport to Sorrento and back). Comfortable, air conditioned Mercedes vans for the 7 of us. The drivers spoke English reasonable well, were very helpful and kind. Great service overall. Plus, I communicated with them via the Tripadvisor portal and they responded fast.

We're always met in the airport by a driver carrying a sign with our name on it, and then we're off to our Sorrento hotel in a spotless Mercedes. The same perfect service is also provided for the return trip to the airport when we're ready for our journey home. The process for booking in advance is very easy on their website. Over the years, Antonio and Barbara (the owners) have provided us with lots of insight and useful information about Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast areas. Super clean vans and drivers were courteous and spoke good English. They gave us some great recommendations on area. They really came through when we got off at wrong train stop.

Driver was waiting at train station with our name card and we walked just outside station to a beautiful vehicle and we were in Sorrento in about 50 minutes. His English was great as my Italian is terrible. Driver talked about regional highlights and was very proud of his country. Would definitely use service again.

We were pleased with the car service from the Naples Airport to our hotel in Sorrento. This is not a place for us to rent a car. The streets are very busy with motorists, buses and scooters. The vehicle was very clean and accommodated all of our luggage for our two week stay. I would use this service again.

Our driver was waiting for us at Naples Train Station when we arrived. He directed us to the restroom and waited with our bags. He helped bring our luggage to the car and blasted the AC for us on a very hot day. The drive down to Sorrento was very comfortable and he even gave us some history on the region as we arrived to Sorrento. One of the passengers accidentally left their phone behind in the car! We were able to walk down to the Astarita office in Sorrento and let them know. That day they checked the car when someone was available, let us know when they found the phone, and arranged for us to pick the phone up from them at the office the next day with no charge. For a situation like that they really went out of their way to take care of us. We appreciate it and would recommend this service to anyone needing a transfer in the Naples/Amalfi area!

We arranged an airport transfer with Astarita from Naples to Sorrento. It was simple to arrange on line and all the instructions were straightforward. When we arrived at Naples Airport we were met by an English speaking driver who gave us a mini guide to what we were seeing from the vehicle which made the journey more interesting. On the way he also rang our sons accommodation to see if it was available for them to save them another taxi ride later in the day. For the return journey, we asked for our sons to be collected from their accommodation rather than our hotel and this was not a problem. We were delighted with the service we received, the quality of the transport and the friendliness of our driver. We have no qualms about recommending Astarita to any travellers looking for a reliable and professional taxi service in the Naples area
