The taxi was waiting as stated. There was a message the day before you remind us of the arrangements. A telephone number was provided so we could call them without any problems. Great value for money too. Very good service as we were a little apprehensive at first. We arrived from Gatwick. The car was big enough for the family of five and five suitcases.

Good service overall and very cheap compared to other transfers. When we landed there was a man with our name but her made us wait ages before we got into the taxi. Was not ideal as he said 5 min and we ended waiting 15min. however on the way back we booked the same company and it was very punctual pick up with the driving arriving on time and dropping us. The airport was only 10min from our resort so was not a big issue.

On the plus side, a driver was waiting for us at the airport. However turned out to be a con as tried to charge us more money. I had booked a car for 4 people and confirmed that several times with the tour operator. Yet they had apparently only sent a small car which couldn’t fit us all in so they said they would send a bigger car. Then after waiting over 30 minutes they said it would cost an extra £10 for the car, which was nearly double what I had paid with trip advisor. Avoid this company at all costs.

We recently booked this taxi service for a group of five people. The service was flawless, the driver was always punctual and very friendly. Furthermore, the prices were extremely competitive, making the experience even more satisfying. We highly recommend this service to anyone in search of reliable and pleasant transportation.

the transfer was perfect. The driver had a sign with my name on it. The car we booked was replaced by a larger vehicle. So we had more than enough space. we will book more with you.

Driver dropped us at the wrong hotel, so we had to walk across to the right one. They could not be contacted by our hotel or ourselves on the number they provided over several days, so we could not ensure they collected us from the correct hotel for the return journey to the airport. Driver was on time, waiting for me and did an uneventful ride to the hotel. Car was clean and safety belts available. Driver was helpful and kind. Nothing to complain about.

Great and reliable airport transfer that I have been using for 2 separate trips to Hurghada (Jan 2023, Jan 2024)! Both times we have been traveling as 2 adults and 2 small kids to and from Makadi Bay. Every time I’ve been greeted with information on Whatsapp and the communication has been working superb. The drivers have made themselves clearly visible at the airport (notice thst they are standing outside the terminal building), and the driving has always felt safe, which has been my no-1 priority when looking for options to the charter busses. I will make sure to use them again for future bookings to Hurghada. Thank you!
