Our driver from Top Cancun Shuttles, was there and waiting for us when we got to the Cancun Airport and had a sign with my name on it to greet us. He did not speak English but was very friendly. He offered us bottled water. A different driver came to pick us up for our departure from Mexico back home. He was also punctual and he spoke English and was friendly and offered us bottled water. I would recommend this service again.

It was a breeze getting in and out of the airport with the help of your representatives. They were waiting for us just outside the doors with a s visible sign with my name on it. The driver was very friendly and courteous. We will be use this company again

It is unfortunate we have to rate our experience 3 stars instead of 5 due to the driving skills of our driver. Reservation was easy and communication was prompt. Pick up and departure were both prompt and on time, there was also no wait time for a shuttle (as other companies normally make you do) once we exited the airport. However, the experience from our hotel to the airport was the worst we ever had in our 20 years of traveling to Mexico. The AC didn’t work well at all in the van, our driver would speed up to a stopping or slowing car’s bumper then slam on his breaks. Constantly checked his phone. It made the entire trip back to the airport very nerve wrecking and I ended up throwing up once we finally arrived.

No one from the company was at the airport when we arrived, no because when we called that's what they told us, but yet later claimed that there was someone at the airport. They tried calling us once, but I didn't answer the phone in time, and it did not try again. We found alternative transportation.

Both drivers were amazing. A little mix up on the pick up, but I should have gotten their number earlier to chat with the driver when customs took forever

Driver went to the wrong hotel and decided it was too much effort to pick up us at the right hotel. So after an hour of waiting and several "be there in 5 minutes" promises, the dispatcher told us nobody was coming. That left us stranded and needing to pay over twice as much for a taxi, leading to us being late for our flight. Response from TCS was a polite sorry and an offer to refund the half of the services they didn't honor. This didn't help me from having to pay $150 on a last minute taxi and all the problems thereafter. Go elsewhere - there are plenty of other choices!!

Alexandro Rodas was our driver for the return trip but I forgot to take the name of the person who drove us from the airport to the resort. Both drivers were very good and maintained scheduled pickup and departure times. The company was very good and I'm very happy with my pick up service and experience.

This is the cheapest travel option I found and they employees are very professional and on time. Alejandro Martinez was our driver and was extremely pleasant.

Prior to going to Playa Del Carmen, I'd read numerous horror stories about the cab situation. As such, I chose to book private transportation through our hotel, who contracts with TCS. I've very glad I did. The Shuttle service operator communicated with me prior to leaving home, en route, and upon arrival. The airport at Cancun is a bit of a zoo. It took over an hour to collect our checked bags, and I informed the driver that we were delayed; not a problem. He gave me instructions as to where to go to avoid the mosh of cabs and people. The van was clean, and we felt very safe for the entire drive. I didn't get the driver's name but he was a good driver, for which I'm thankful as I loathe driving with other people. For the return trip, again, the operator was very communicative. Our driver Humberto, was very nice, and again, a very safe driver. He is a credit to the company.. The service wasn't cheap, however, our hotel was near the bus terminal, and watching tired people dragging their bags through the streets after a long travel day was eye-opening. Further, and as mentioned above, the cab drivers are relentless, and some of the cabs are pretty beat. It was definitely worth dropping a bit of extra cash for such high quality service.

Martinez was our driver this morning . Smooth ride back to cancun. Professional and very friendly, van was extremely clean . Would use again and recommend to anyone travelling to Mexico .
