A wonderful, stress free pick up and transfer from Marseille to Aix. Great communication before and during. And Karim went above and beyond and helped me wheel luggage into the pedestrian quarter to arrive right in front of my destination.

Our driver Earl was very professional He called me to ask if we could leave earlier as there would be traffic congestion with the Pope in town. We had a pleasant conversation. I would highly recommend this transport company.

Our experience was perfect from start to finish. The company communicated with us prior to our pick up date. Then the day before our scheduled pick up the sent us our drivers information. When we landed at Marseille airport, we had received a text from our driver that he was there already and waiting for us. He met us as exited from the baggage claim area and took our bags to the car. The ride to our hotel was great. Driver was very friendly.

Excellent communication with both the company and the driver for my pickup from Marseille airport to Aix-en-Provence and return the following week. My flight came in a bit delayed so my driver wasn’t in the arrivals hall but was able call me via What’s App and we found him very quickly just outside the exit. We felt safe being driven by him and the car was clean.

After a long day of flights what a joy to get a call from my driver as I was going through customs. He was waiting outside with my name on a card, and was such a nice man for my first experience in Marseille!

Great service, clean, luxury sedan, and excellent pre departure communication! As a single traveler and first time visitor to Provence, I was a bit uneasy. However, my driver, Karim, contacted me a couple of days before my arrival date to make sure I knew what to expect and how to contact him. He also stayed with me at my destination ( a private apartment) to make sure I was at the right spot and safe. A wonderful experience!
