An excellent service. We arrived on time with no hold baggage to wait for & thru immigration very quickly. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign so we could recognise him. He spoke excellent English was polite and helpful taking my luggage. He drove us to our hotel in a lovely clean Mercedes. We were delighted with the service we got. Highly recommend.

Excellent Experience, our driver, Camille, was standing waiting for us when we arrived, with my name on a placard, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Price was exactly as quoted online, driver dropped us at front door of hotel. We were recommended these guys by a friend who had used them 6 years ago with the same excellent experience. We had pre booked return transfers while still @ home in Ireland, all confirmed by email.

When we arrived our driver was not there. It had taken us over an hour to get through border checks and I didn't get a signal to get the calls from the driver. No calls ever came through to my phone and the one mesaage/email came only after I let luggage claims. It just happened that I saw another driver had my name on the back of his paper. He called the driver who returned for us a few minutes later. I think there needs to be a bit better of a system in place. If I had not spotted my name of the backside of the paper the situation was not resolvable. I think if we had an actual number to call or text and the drivers made more allowance for us to get through border checks it would be better. My experience was OK but it could have been terrible

We booked airport transfers and transfers to Auschwitz with Krakow AirPort Express and it was absolutely ideal. Excellent communication, on time, very helpful and very reasonably priced. Could not recommend more highly

Very easy to book - excellent customer service. Transport was waiting for us and our driver Michael was very friendly and helpful. Spotless vehicle, very reasonable rates. We did a return journey airport to city centre and would definitely recommend their services; we would have no hesitation in booking with them again.

Transfers both ways were good, drivers were polite, cars immaculate. We were late getting back to the hotel to be collected and fully expected the driver not to have waited, but he did!!
