Got us safely and timely from airport to hotel. Subtracted a star because he was not at arrivals with our name on a board. Took ten minutes to find him, which admittedly doesn’t sound like much, but when you are tired, hot, and nervous about a new city there is nothing better than seeing your name immediately upon arrival and getting to relax. Coordinator and driver were both very nice. Car was old, but clean.

They were waiting for us, had my name on a sign, took us to our driver and off we went. It was very efficient.

English speaking host was waiting at airport exit with my name on sign. The host escorted me to a car where driver was waiting, he didn’t speak English, but he was very pleasant and got me to the hotel safely.

Great and easy! I recommend! And the van was very comfortable! Thank you for a great experience on our arrival!

It was terrible! The ride did not show up at the hotel, We waited 15 minutes then had to make alternate arrangements to get to the airport which took another 10 minutes and our ride still had not shown up by the time we left,

The driver was on time. He sent his photo so we know who to look for. He helped with luggage. He was friendly and professional.

Didn’t contact me until after my flight had landed despite me messaging the night before with my WhatsApp number. By that time I had left the airport. We agreed they would pick me up to take me back when I left and again, no contact. Boarding the flight as I write this and still haven’t heard from them.

Fernando from Malambo tours was our driver, He was a really nice young man and pointed out a few places of interest on our way from the airport. He was on time and was a very capable driver. Would definately recommend him.

When we arrived to GoG we were very tired etc from early am flight. They made us wait over 25 minutes for the ride to the hotel and they basically ordered us an Uber unbelievable the guy started the drive on his Uber app. This cost 5 x as much as the Uber which is very reliable in Rio would not recommend this company at all.

The driver was late. We arrived from baggage claim and our driver wasn’t there with a sign. We waited 5 minutes before I walked around to find internet service to contact the company. When I returned she was there with my husband. The driver should have been there with a sign so when we arrived I did not have to worry in a foreign country where I do not speak the language. This is why I hired a private driver and I didn’t get it. Let’s hope my return they are not late.

Very good team one goes inside to meet you with a sign while the drive is outside waiting for you to come out

It was great to see the rep with my name, and was quickly taken to a taxi for a nice ride to the hotel.

Pickup and dropoff was very easy. There was a nice lady waiting with a sign who directed me to where the driver was waiting. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic airport transfer service - we received email confirmation in advance of the timings for our collection from the airport and our return transfer, and the drivers for both journeys were on time and very courteous.

My driver was nice and informative. I was met with a sign at the airport with my name on it. It was great seeing how the locals lived on the way to my hotel

I was very pleased with my experience. My transfer waited for me to get through customs, they were on time and somehow recognized me when I walked through the exit of the terminal. My driver spoke no English, so the ride was quiet, but he was very friendly and cordial.

Driver was very good and had a tricky drop off as the Copacabana beach party had closed off the road. However the taxi was too small to accommodate 4 adults and 4 suitcases even though I had warned the transit company before we travelled. It was very cramped because they had to squeeze the luggage in.
