We booked our transfer the day before we had to travel. Our driver was already waiting outside our hotel when we came out. He was very helpful and drove us safely to the airport.

The driver was on time and drove competently to Naples Airport. The only reason for less than five stars is that the car was supposed to be a Mercedes or equivalent vehicle but it was not. A bit disappointing.

Party of 8 with eight bags, they sent a mini van. We had to cram our bags in holding them between our legs. Very cramped ride. Called the company so they could send a large van like they did on our way to sorrento. Woman was very rude and hung up on us. We had booked the same ride going and it was great. We spent the extra money to assure we had a nice trip,didn’t happen. The driver himself was flustered by the confusion,but very nice.did not get the service we paid for!

We had a non English speaking driver in a small car with no aircon - he tried to communicate but impossible. Ended up with a headache from the car fumes when we were stuck in traffic and he had his window down. Not what I ordered and paid for

The best decision we made was getting a transfer from the airport in Naples to Sorrento. The roads. We definitely wouldn't have been able to manage the twisty roads going to Sorrento by ourselves. The driver was on time. He was actually when we early and he was actually already there with sign and our name. He made the trip very smooth and easy for us from start to finish.

The driver we had was so kind, respectful and informative. He wanted to provide us with the most pleasurable ride transfer. The people from Buyourtour agency are absolutely amazing! Marina contacted us while we were still in the US to remind and go over the details regarding our transfer. Even though we were late for the train in Rome they were kind enough to reschedule our pick up in Naples for a later time. When we got to Naples Alessandro the driver helped us with the luggages and drove us straight to the hotel in Sorrento. On the way back he got to the hotel before scheduled time, was very helpful again and then drove us back to Naples to get there on time for the train.

Driver was extremely polite and friendly he made the long drive pleasant! Highly recommend Viator and its associates versus a cab.
