Excellent. We used the service for a round-trip pick up to and from the airport. We were greeted at the airport with a sign with our names. The driver was very nice, helped with our bags and gave us information and tips about Sorrento. On the way home we were picked up at our apartment. The driver was on time, friendly and helpful. Very professional. Car was clean and spacious.

The driver was excellent. Viator booked driver from Naples Airport to Sorrento with a stop in Pompeii. Viator booked guided 2 hour tour. Unfortunately the time of tour ending booked by Viator exceeded the time driver was allowed so we had to pay him extra and sadly leave tour before it was over. The driver was very polite it’s just unfortunate we were charged more when both drive and Pompeii ticket/tour were booked through Viator at same time.
