Loved their communication. Contacted prior to leaving the country 2 days prior. Instructions were easy for pickup. Right outside of international exit. Gave us time to use the facilities before they went to retrieve the car. Manuel was great, good english and talked as much as we wanted... The car wasn't brand new, but it didn't matter to us. Safe and considerate driver. Loved the service and communication.

The communication prior to our arrival was great, we received the text informing us that they will be there with our name. Once we arrived, we texted them that we have arrived and they told us where to meet the driver. The driver didn’t speak English and we used google translate and weee able to communicate. Friendly driver

Was waiting for me with a sign. Didn’t speak English but that was no issues translated on my phone that i wanted to stop at the ATM and the store to get things for my apartment here and he waited for me in the stores for 35min. Safe driver. Would recommend. Takes hassle out from being a solo traveler from the states.

Driver met us at the airport on time, easy to find in the crowd, helped with our luggage. Trip to hotel was easy. I don't think driver spoke English, or maybe he was a very quiet man. I highly recommend this company.

We booked a transfer for 4 people from our hotel to EZE. The driver arrived right on time in a Mercedes minivan. He was professional and the ride was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Hernan was great, our flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours and it took us an hour to get our priority checked bags. Hernan was they are waiting for us! Excellent service. Have already re-booked with them and will be referring my clients to them as well.

Book car for 4 but driver said only 2 then charged an extra $20 to cram 4 people into the vehicle. Very disappointed

The experience was seemless. The driver was waiting for me with a digital sign at the exit. I waited a bit for him to retrieve the vehicle from parking...and I was dropped off at my hotel. He was professional and friendly. Would recommend.

No real problem with the transfer. Car was reasonably clean and driver was personable. To be honest, I was a little taken aback at his attire. Hawaiian print shirt and torn black jeans.

O tranfer contratado chegou com quase 2 horas de atraso. Contratei esse serviço porque minha esposa tem problemas de saúde e não pode ficar muito tempo sentada. A empresa não tem competência para honrar seus compromissos. Espero compensação pelos inconvenientes.
