Our flight was delayed so the driver charged me €50 late fee. The car was very nice but we were not offered the amenities described (water, wifi, etc.). It was a disappointing end to a long series of flights but I will know better on the future.

Viator contacted us via What’s App and forewarned us of a possible change and re-arranged our ride for us. Orazio, met us at the Comiso Airport in an air conditioned luxury van, offered us a water and drove us straight to our destination. Terrific! Strongly Recommend!
