We had a fantastic driver who met us at the airport in Casablanca and drove us to our hotel in Rabat. He was an excellent driver and made a stop for coffee that we requested. It was very easy to find him at the airport, and made our travels much easier.. there were 6 of us in our group and we had a private air conditioned car, very comfortable. Would highly recommend. Excellent communication with the driver. Texted exact location outside the airport where he picked us up. After 11 hours of traveling, great to sit in nice comfortable seats. He even stopped on the way to buy us some cold waters! He was also very knowledgeable & informative about Morocco. Overall a very satisfactory experience. Highly recommended.

The driver was in touch before we left the US and immediately upon arrival. He met us outside the terminal within minutes we were thru customs, complete with photo of mtg point. The drive was easy and he advised hotel as we approached who had staff meet us and help w luggage to the riad.

Even after a delayed flight our driver met us and took us to Rabat. Efficient is the word. You worry if your plans have to change, but Viator keep in contact with us and no problems.

The tour company sent us a clear message about the pick location and the pick up time prior to our trip. The driver was very nice to answer our questions and introduced some good places at Rabat. Since we were a little late, the driver was so patient to wait for the whole group.
