The driver, Fendy, was friendly and efficient despite some traffic jams. We had good stops at the right time. All in all in offered a good ratio quality/ price.

Great experience! Elwin was our driver for trip from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana and also was with us for a day in the Santo Domingo area. He was courteous and easygoing, helpful with our young children. The car was comfortable and clean for two families of four with young children. We will be using them on all future DR trips!

The only challenge was finding the name tag as we were exiting the airport. There are many people with signs but our name was on a signboard at the end of the exit. Luckily we had a person assisting us with the bags and he was aware of the company. So he actually foud the representative to assist us. There was a bit of a wait for the transport. But once the ride was secired everything was excellent. We were delivered to our destination without issue. Truly as much as could be asked for. An excellent experience and a great value in my opinion.

My husband and I received a private transfer from our resort at Lopesan in Punta Cana to the airport in Santo Domingo. Our driver’s name was Louis and he was incredible!!! We could not have asked for a better experience. Louis did everything he could to make our ride comfortable and timely. Louis was so very friendly and professional. He came to our resort early (at 3 in the morning!!) and helped us with our bags. He greeted us and was very friendly even with an early morning transfer :) Louis made us feel very comfortable and valued as customers. He was funny, friendly, and considerate. He even gave us some information about the Dominican and made even a 3 Am ride enjoyable. We were so pleased with our experience with Diamond Transportation.
