I LOVE BALI! ❤️ My incredible tour guide Ma-de gave me an epic experience. He picked me up for the tour and we began our tour to the center of Ubud. While we were there he took breath taking photos at the Water Palace Temple followed by a trip to the Ubud Royal Palace. From there we went to the coffee plantation where I saw the coffee beans growing in their natural form along with the most delicious tasting mangosteen and passion fruit. I even received a 10 coffee and tea tasting of coffee and blends made on the premise. Our next stop was the Holy spring temple which is where I witnessed the water purification. Such a blessed place to visit. By now it was time for lunch and an exuberant time for picture taking at the d’Alas restaurant and Jungle swing. I overcame my fear of the swing and my guide Ma-de and the assistants at the swing took AMAZING lifetime photos of me. Upon completion of the swing I was then served with brilliant service by the staff at the d’Alas restaurant. They offered an all inclusive menu with a drink, appetizer, entree and dessert in true Indonesian fashion. Scrumptious! After a satisfying lunch, my outstanding tour guide and driver Ma-de took me to the Tegalalang Rice terrace where it was breathtaking. I can see why the movie Eat,Pray,Love was shot here. The Tegenugan Waterfall rounded out my experience where I was able to witness God’s creation. What a beauty. After searching online for recommendation for private transfer in Bali we decided to use HBD to take us to places. All communication was smooth and prompt via email. I gave them my itinerary and date and they gave me a quote and confirmation. Our driver Sunarta was always on time if not early. Clean and comfortable car. Traffic in Bali was very busy but he always try his best to maneuver around and get us to our destination on time. All correspondence was done via WhatsApp. It was so convenient and reassuring. It was affordable and much more comfortable than trying to use scooters or local taxi. Sunarta would drop us off and wait around until we are ready to move to the next destination. With one text and he will be waiting for us at the pick up spot. He also gave us suggestions for restaurant and local highlights. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a safe and comfortable way to travel on the island of Bali!

We had also chosen this year Komang Piyara as our tour guide and driver for our trip because we have had very good experiences with him so far. Komang was always on time, very friendly and the ATV tour was an absolute highlight.We took great photos and thanks to Komang we will remember this Bali trip fondly. We did our own scootering on Nusa Penida but on the Bali Mainland we figured we'll book drivers for getting around and we were glad we did it with "Hire Bali Driver". Confirmation through email was prompt and I was kept updated through whatsapp regularly including on the contacts of my drivers for the two days, Surya and Wah Ko nearer to the dates. Both were punctual and were at our hotel at the appointed times, the cars were clean and there was also cold mineral water provided which was very welcome for the hot day! On both days, i gave the drivers a list of things we wanted to see and do in orders of priority and they were able to help plan the itinerary and advise what was possible within the allotted time, taking into account daylight and the opening timings of the attractions and the likely traffic. Both Surya and Wah Ko spoke good English, accompanied us in the various attractions, were good guides and provided invaluable tips and tricks to save time, were good conversationists and took great pictures when called upon. Price wise I found it was pricier than what was advertised on other platforms but we think it was money well spent. I would heartily recommend Hire Bali Driver and both Surya and Wah Ko without hesitation.

Radi was our driver from Hire Bali driver. He was fantastic. We also had him the day before where we discussed exactly what we wanted. Radi came up with the plan and he sorted us such an amazing day for myself and 13 year old son. It was jam packed with everything Ubud had to offer. He was so knowledge, patient, chatty and a great photographer. He kept us informed really well of pick up and drop up points through WhatsApp even sending us photos. He has made our experience of Bali so special and the memories will never be forgotten. A big thank you Radi!

We had an incredible day with Ma-de! He took us to so many interesting places, Monkey forest, Katulampo waterfall, Holyspring temple, Kintamani lake, Mt. Batur, tegalalang rice terrace, and even a special local souvenir shop. The sights were great, and he was very tentative to us. At one point we waited an hour to take photos at the waterfall, and he held our bags for us the whole time - we felt bad it took that long, but it was to awesome to feel he was safe with us and our things. Highly recommend if you want to see some cool places with a great guide!

Nyoman Suarsa was the most generous, knowledgeable, and patient driver and tour guide! He knew so much about the culture and you can just tell he loves his home and it's people. He also knew side streets to avoid heavy traffic areas but still drove at a pleasant pace. He answered all our questions in great detail but also knew when to give us down time alone as well. Definitely would recommend him as a driver again! Thank you so much Nyoman.

What an amazing trip! Radi our driver took us to some wonderful places in ubud. The scenery was stunning! I can highly recommend this tour. Radi our driver was so friendly, told us so much about bali and all the places we visited with him. He was so polite and cheerful. A really lovely man. We had a wonderful time. This trip with Radi is a must , if u are visiting beautiful Bali.

We had Yandek with us for 2 days taking our family around Ubud and also our transfer to the airport. He was so friendly and helpful, sharing about the local area and culture. Helping us with bookings, purchasing tickets and taking us to lovely places to eat that had a lovely authentic feel and amazing food. He is so friendly and we definitely recommend his services.

I had a wonderful full day solo tour with Mang Jaya who provided information at all the different locations, taught me Indonesian and Balinese words and helped me take photos! A truly great experience!

We were lucky enough to be provided an excellent driver Agus! Very friendly, personable and professional. He also had a spotless and comfortable car. Prior to our arrival the communication was very good with Rani. The day before our arrival Agus reached out for pick up directions. We felt in good hands. We used the service for pick up and return to the airport. For transfer between hotels with several stops of interest that we chose along the way. We also were taken to the Uluwatu temple and Kecak fire dance followed by a delicious Jimblan dinner on the beach. I don’t understand how amazingly good humored Agus could be in the dreadful traffic there, but he never lost his cool and was very patient. He knew the back roads and used them when he could. We had some great discussions on myriad topics…informative on the sights and tourism, Bali and life. He was punctual and courteous and overall a wonderful soul. We felt in quite capable hands and would HIGHLY recommend this service and hope you get Agus. As an extra I should mention that their price was extremely reasonable.

This tour was relaxing and a great way to see the top tourist spots of Ubud. My partner and I especially enjoyed visiting the monkey forest, Tirta Empul, and Tegallalang rice terrace. We even had the opportunity to visit the coffee plantation and try many free and unique samples of coffee and tea. The lunch included in the package was delicious and filling - there were a few options to choose from. Our tour guide Agus was friendly, kind, and very informative, he was also accomodating to our needs. Unfortunately, the Ubud art market was under renovation but there were market stalls scattered throughout Ubud centre. Tips: - Make sure to bring swim wear or spare clothes if you have the opportunity to participate in the water purification ritual at Tirta Empul - Please follow and respect the rules/instructions of the places and tour guides. This will help you avoid any troubles with the monkeys at the monkey forest, and to respect the culture/traditions of the sacred/holy places
