Had so much fun going to the Tzaghkadzor Ropeway and experiencing snow. Mr. Arman was our guide for the day and he’s really kind and knows a lot about Armenian history and culture. I really learned a lot from him. He was also very supportive in taking photos and he speaks English really well. He even took us to a secret place not listed in the itinerary! I would recommend booking tours in Gira since we got our money’s worth. Can’t wait to go back!

I travelled to Armenia in December 2023 for a week with my family. Beautiful country. We visited some of the hot spots such as Yerevan, Gyumri, Dilijan and Tsaghkadzor. We went through Gira Travels (Aram). The trip was very well arranged. Both the drivers (Arman) were very informative and helpful when required and also very punctual. Aram was also easily reachable because of his prompt response. Will definitely visit Armenia again in another season and shall definitely go through Gira Travels only. Will surely recommend them to anyone travelling to Armenia.

Tsaghkadzor Ropeway and Seven Lake are more enjoyed and fun moments at Armenia. We have took nice photos and cool climate for family and kids.

Though we visited in May end, we were still able to enjoy glimpses of snow at the top of the Tsadqadzor, which was really a great experience.

This trip is one of the most memorable vacations that I had. I enjoyed all the fascinating sceneries, mountains, monasteries that are centuries old. Delicious and fresh food, wine, beer. I'll miss the baklava, khinkali, pork ribs, barbeque. The cold weather and great Armenian people. Thanks to Aram, whose been very patient and organized our tour. Arman, who fetched us from the airport. Our very friendly tour driver, guide and friend, Armen. He is not on time but rather, always early for our call time. Took a private tour of the above and was very happy with the booking process, the vehicle quality and most important of all, the guide named ms.sushan provided to us. She did her job very well, kept her time perfectly and was constantly talking to us and making us very comfortable and like a family. Most important of all the owner mr aram himself was in constant touch with me from the time I booked my tour through TripAdvisor. Only drawback that I noticed was that like many other tour operators in Yerevan and other places where we travelled previously, my suggestion to them would be to provide some drinking water at least during these tours. I got Aram's number from a customer of his. He had a very praise for out of the box experience he got from Aram and Arman. I also had a very good experience from Aram and Arman. Arman took me to the three and a half day tour which turned almost four + due to some places he took me where I wanted. Raman took me to friend's guest house where I could see and eat almost all the fruits in Armenia from the tree. Arman explain everything property and patiently wait till I finish taking videos and photos. He took me to the stone river where a little ice was there so that I could experience my first snow. Last day Aram also came with us and these two guys are a treasure triveni if information about their country. The coat is also very very affordable. I definitely will get Aram's help next time I visit Armenia. For both of them it's a passion more than a job. GOD bless both of them.

Everything almost! But stay in Tsaghkadzor was the best. Loved the cool and fresh air their and the small town vibe. When we went up the cable car we could just keep walking and walking in those meadows. Gira Travels really took very good care of us by providing us a comfortable car and driver/guide Armen. He is an amazing and safe driver and made sure we were well taken care everywhere. He was very lovely to talk to and also played Armenian song which stayed with us. His restaurant recos were spot on as we like bit spicy and flavourful food. For Yeravan city tour we had another guide Shushan and she was amazing too! I love how Gira travels has given her opportunity to be a guide. On the whole we had an amazing 5 days trip to Armenia and thanks to Armen, Araam and Shushan for most part of it. The people of Armenia are so friendly and hospitable, they made us feel at home though they couldnt communicate in English much. I would go back again there.
