It was the best decision to do a private guided tour to the Westbank. Our guide Fawakeh gave us so much insight on the history. We had the best time and would highly recommend the tour.

Amazing experience with Al-Hassany travel agency. We stayed at Jolie Ville hotel and the staff at the travel desk was very courteous and polite. Shout-out to Viola that arranged for us the west bank tour to the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hashetsput, Colossi of Memnon and organized an Italian giude for my parents that don't speak English after payment of a small supplement. Our guide Suad was an absolute star, my parents were super happy of the outcome and we indeed booked her again for a second visit to Karnak and Luxor temples. Suad brought us also to see a local jewelry, tea/spices house and a shop where they produce and sell original papyrus. From the initial 3h reserved for the total journey we stayed almost 4.5h in order for her to bring us to the shops above and explain us in details the wonder of the world that Luxor can offer. Thank you Viola, Suad and the drivers that came with us!

Abdalla was simply wonderful and by far the best guide we’ve had during our stay. He was definitely a level above the rest. As a soon-to-be qualified Egyptologist, he spoke passionately about the ancient wonders. I had been keenly reading up on the various site ahead of our travels and Abdalla was only too happy to answer all of my incessant questions. It was also refreshing to hear Abdalla speak about the theories and hypotheses of the history of the sites but also acknowledge and entertain the concept that we have still much to learn and where some of the existing narratives have inconclusive evidence (some of the other guides didn’t even want to consider reasonable explanations beyond what old textbooks may have to say). What was very impressive was Adballa’s ability to read and translate the hieroglyphs which enriched our understanding even further. It is worth noting that he had the patience of a saint - we had our two young children (aged almost 2 and 4) with us and put up with the various situations that unfolded when travelling with little ones (frequent toilet stops and unending requests for ice cream). The driver Mousa was also very kind and always in the right spot at the right time! He even looked after one of our little ones who had enough of site seeing while we took in another majestic site. We can’t recommend the both of them enough, they were amazing!!!

We had a great time, guide Abdalla was very knowledgeable and flexible with requests and gave good suggestions for what tombs to visit, driver Mousa drove very safe, picked us up quickly and car was air conditioned

Mousa drove us around Luxor for a day, taking us to Karnak and Luxor temples and to the Karnak lights show at night. Mousa was excellent and very helpful and patient.

We had a wonderful trip, Abdulla was an excellent guide, knowledgeable, full of interesting facts, attentive, made sure we saw all the best things on our tour - and helped us feel "protected' throughout - which meant we could enjoy every minute if our experience with him. Mousa was brilliant too - always ready in the right spot to get us to the next location .. car was cool, clean and well driven by him. Thanks both for a wonderful day and the memories made - Brian

Mohammed at reception at Jollie ville was extremely helpful and we booked all our trips in Luxor through him. Actually listened to what we wanted to do and designed a tour around it. Our driver for both trips was Moussa (Moses), very nice man who spoke good English, although he wasn’t a tour guide he was still very knowledgeable and helpful answering questions we had. I travelled with my mother and sister and he was very attentive with them which was nice. Great trip would definitely recommend.

I never leave review but I am spending a week in Egypt with my dad and this has truly been a highlight of our trip so far. We were paired with the BEST English speaking tour guide and Egyptologist, Abdalla. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, respectful and made sure we got the absolute best experience possible. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you ask for Abdalla. He will make it worth your while. His service was so great that we are considering staying in the city longer to get another tour from him. Our driver was awesome as well. Don’t skip this tour during your stay in Luxor, especially if you can get a guide that’s an expert Egyptologist like Abdalla. You won’t regret it.

Very good trip with our very profesionnal driver Moussa. An excellent experience which is not too expensive for the quality of the excursion.

Well organized from the guide, knowledge and (German) language Skill was OK. Organisation: Very Well! The Tour included Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Alabsta markets/Factories and memnon kollosses. It was time flexible: WE skipped alabasta (because WE we're exhausted) and took more time at the valley of the kings. But He never stressed time and it was all in all very flexible. He had all the Tickets (even Tutenchamun) in Person, so WE never Had to wait in the Ticket lines. He also Had Money change (smaller notes) and translated with a Tourist Souvenir Dealer, so we could get a better price. WE never Had to wait, when WE didnt want to wait. He called the Driver Always in advance so He was ready when WE came (5/5) Knowledge and guidance: He knew the Basic information, but could Not answer some of our follow up questions. Sometimes He seedmed a little bit annoyed of our follow up questions, but thats Just Interpretation. His German was OK, Sometimes His pronunciation was hard to understand or wrong (3/5). All in all He was nice and took great Care of US, thank you so much!

Brilliant tours, visiting the westbank of Luxor in Egypt. Spread over two days (A,B and C) we visited a variety of places including valley of the kings and queens, temples and tombs. Our travel organiser was informative and helpful. The private tour guide was amazing!! Completely safe in the parts with visited with no issues. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic tour guided magnificently by Abdalla and driven by the lovely Moosa. Abdullah speaks perfect English and is very easy to follow with his clear explanations and huge depth of knowledge from his degree in Egyptology. He was absolutely brilliant at explaining all the hieroglyphs and fully briefing us on what to look out for before we entered each of the tombs of the Valley of the Kings , this was invaluable because guides are not allowed to accompany their guests inside the tombs, so we knew rxactly what to look out for and what it all meant, which added hugely to our experience. He is an expert on all of the history and delivers the info.in a way that's easy to grasp and retain - we cannot recommend Abdalla highly enough ! His wonderful driver Moosa took great care, made us feel safe and was really courteous and kind. We had a brilliant tour - you will definitely not be disappointed if you choose them too !

This was a fantastic experience from beginning to end - you really have to see it to believe it. The sights themselves are exquisite but the tour and particularly the tour guide Abdalla took it to another level. It was hassle free and run very smoothly. Abdalla was very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to put up with me constantly stopping to photograph birds. All in all a 5/5 experience from beginning to end - I couldn’t recommend this tour and Abdallaore highly Thank you to the whole team!

Because of some difficulties we travel we had to book last minute. They were kind enough to be ready an hour later and we had an incrddible day. We had an incredible day exploring all the main sights in Luxor. I spesifically recommend our guide Abdalla. He was incredible knowledgeble and even wrote his masters in egyptology on kings valley. Exploring luxors sites would have been great with any guide, but Abdallah took it from great to amazing. Highly recommend this experience and our guide.

We booked the tour through our hotel. They accomodated for us even though it was on short notice. We had Abdalla as our tour guide. His knowledge is vast and there was not a single question that he could not answer. Thank you Abdalla! I definitely recommend this tour.
