Khaichik the driver & Sam the guide, were truly amazing in the whole trip. Hyur is undoubtedly the best! Would recommend people to try their services once atleast.

Arsan our private tour driver is very nice, gentleman and kind, even though he couldn't speak english well we managed to communicate with him , by him transalating through an app. He is really a good man. God bless him

Very interesting sites we visited and especially with a great driver and guide, Karen and Samuel who made more enjoyable. The only downside was we hit the rain during couple of sites but the nature does it’s thing no matter what!

I took the one day private trip with Hyur guide Sam and driver Xachik. Both of them are fantastic. Sam spoke perfect English. He was very friendly, nice, and knowledgable. He went into details of the history, geography and anecdotal stories of the places that we visited. He also helped taking a lot of good pictures for me. Xachik drove safely and was very friendly and patient! It was a day of huge fun! The views are fantastic, lunch(I suggest to choose the option of including the lunch) was delicious and the Armenian people I encountered super nice! I highly recommend Sam and Xachik!

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Took this private tour with guide Sam. He was very flexible and friendly, especially friendly with the kids. He let us do the trip at our pace carefully explaining every step of the way. He didn't judge us for not climbing the 200+ steps for the monastery (the kids preferred the lakeside). And I loved how he kept telling us stories and trivia throughout the time. The driver was very safe. Thanks!

We went with Hamas and Ara from Hyur on this tour. They are very professional and Hamas is very knowledgeable and made our day with her stories about Armenian history and some other funny superstitions. They are the best! I suggest booking with her as she literally knows everything related to Armenia. Plus if you’re not good with cold, I suggest visiting in summer you’ll enjoy the trip more.

Our private family tour throughout different provinces of Armenia was very exciting and interesting. Our experienced tour guide, Ms. Rose provided an informative explanation of Armenia’s history, geography, religion and infrastructure. She was also very keen to answer any questions that we had. A surprising geographical feature we saw during the drive was the the mountainous area with a tunnel which had forests on one side and none on the other! We also had a smooth and safe trip thanks to our experienced driver, Mr. Karin.

We had the most incredible tour thanks to Tamara guiding us the entire way, with an always cheerful and helpful personality, a keen sense of Armenia, and pride and joy for her country! And thankful for Mavrik's excellent driving skills ... believe me, you want someone with experience driving you around, so ask for both of them! A great team!!!

Her knowledge and demeanor are compliment to hyurservice and we formed a solid bond with her during the trip. Renting car & driver from Hyur agency served a good way to discover the nature of dilizhan town; lake sevan and tsaghkardzor. Quite a reasonable price for the service. Caring driver with new car.
