What an amazing experience. Yung was our guide and Tommy came to drive and take us for lunch. Yung spoke perfect English and knows all the history and everything you need to know about Vietnam and the local area/culture. Such lovely people, I genuinely feel grateful for finding them. We have more transfers booked with them already. More than 5 stars should be available for these guys!!!

We had an exceptional experience on the Bana Hills tour! Our tour guide Daisy was incredibly entertaining and showed us around the Bridge and Sunworld at a comfortable pace so we didn't miss anything. She was also friendly and easy to chat to and made the trip enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Prior to arriving in Vietnam I research many tour guides and found that Tommy was the most informative and accommodating. We have had a day at Ba Na Hills, marble mountains and Am Phu cave in one day- the tour guide was fantastic- Cuong. Private mini bus for 7 adults, collection from hotel and return! The day was planned to meet everything we wanted to see and Tommy ensured that we had the best day! The next day we had the My Son Sanctuary tour which was the early morning tour- again this was an amazing experience! Ken was our tour guide and it was amazing to hear his stories about the war and his experiences! What a truly beautiful man! So interesting and passionate about his work and his knowledge was the best! Also his photography skills taking our pictures was fantastic!! We also have a walking tour and basket boats yet to do! All of our tours have been tailored to exactly what we have asked for- nothing is too much! We have used Tommy for all of our airport transfers and again this has been great! Tommy keeps in touch most days which is very reassuring. We have all said what a great service we have had from start to finish! Definitely recommend and thank you Tommy and his team!

What an amazing day we have had with Kong visiting Ba na Hills and golden hand bridge. Can not fault this company and would recommend them to anyone coming to Vietnam from discussing booking to the actual day has been effortless. Kong made the day for our group.

What an amazing experience at Bana Hills! It's such a unique place, a refreshing escape from the city hustle. The gardens and stunning architecture are truly worth admiring. Our tour guide, Tommy, was fantastic in helping us navigate. Extremely professional, and he paid attention to every detail. 10/10. Great experience from pick up to return. Jang was a lovely tour guide who helped us wonder around the golden hands and amusement park at ba na hills. She new the layout so missed queues and told us what was good and what was worth skipping. Would recommend having Tommy organise you something. He's a great communicator and is quick to respond when working out details.

Had an amazing day at Bana Hills. We had been a few years ago but it has expanded a lot so was very thankful for the amazing guide Ms Trang who expertly managed the time for three couples to ensure we could see what we all wanted to see. We did a couple of tours with Tommy Dao and found him to be excellent. His communication was great and he came and met us at the hotel to finalise everything. He provided good drivers and fantastic tour guides.

I found Tommy's company through a Vietnamese forum on face book, and contacted him. We are a family group of 4 adults, and, having been to Vietnam before, we had a fair idea of what we wanted to do and see. Tommy organised private tours for us, and prices reasonable. We actually changed our minds a few times before deciding, and it was never a problem for Tommy. I paid a deposit beforehand, and balance wasn't required until the day of the first service. His team of staff are excellant. All tours and transfers arrived on time, drivers and guides very knowledgeable. They were helpful and always attentive. We even tweaked the tours on actual day, and it never was a problem. We got lost one night, unable to find a taxi, we contacted Tommy and he had a taxi come and collect us within 5 mins. That is dedication to his clients 100%. We had the most amazing holiday. Went to places, done things we would not be able to arrange ourselves. We definitely recommend Tommy whilst in Vietnam, he won't let you down.

The tour was great !! Very well organized and our tour guide ohh i cant remember her name but she was amazing!! She explained everything to us, took us soo many and great photos, and made the whole tour even better ! The weather was foggy but that didnt ruined the tour . The whole place is amazing also the golden bridge was sooo nice !! We really had a great time !! Just go ! Especially if you want to get there before the crowd comes ;)

We had a fantastic experience with Tommy Dao Tours! Tommy himself picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. His English is superb and he is super friendly. We stayed in Da Nang but organised transport through Tommy to Hoi An a couple of days including return on New Year's Eve. Every time the driver was on time if not waiting for us and drove impeccably. Tommy also organised a trip to Marble Mountain and Ba Na Hills for us which were both fantastic. Our guide Chung was lovely, extremely keen to show us round and incredibly enthusiastic though she has done the tour over 100 times! Tommy is in contact via Whatsapp throughout and responds to any questions immediately. I can't recommend enough. Oh and we were also able to pay via Wise transfer making it super easy.
