Great walk with a great guide named Luc. We got to know a lot of Antwerps history as well as see things in Antwerpen we haven't been seeing otherwise. The name of the tour is though somewhow not really fitting. We thought that we would get a lot of information and see things that was more "dark secrets" but there was not many of that, more like normal information. But asides that it was a great walk and really priceworthy.

Very good tour our guide Luc was very informative and provided a lot of interesting historical facts about the history of Antwerp. Highly recommended.

Many tours to choose from. We wanted a short and private tour and this one for our plans really well. Our guide was awesome, local and very knowledgeable of the city and some of the non-tourist stories. Highly recommend this tour

This nice tour takes you to the big places like other tours do and still provide you with the right historical information, but it also gives funny stories and details and our guide Beren was great! It gives it something extra that you can only do it in the evening. 9 pm was great! Took him for a beer afterwards

Fantastic evening tour of the the Dark Side of Antwerp. Our guide, Beren, was a depth of knowledge and had a lovely manner, really easy going and pleasant to spend time with. It was a thoroughly interesting and enjoyable tour and we highly recommend it.

We had a very exciting and informative tour with Beren. He knows - as a Dutchman - a lot of funny, sad and exciting details about Antwerp. We hung on his lips, because he has a great way of telling historical and current things. He added even more information to every request - really impressive. This is a very to the point night tour. You will get to see another side of the city and learn lots of savvy details and legends of Antwerp. Our guide, Luc, was extremely funny and knowledgeable and had loads of intersting anecdotes. The tour starts at the statue of Brabo on the Great Market Square and ends at the MAS, where you will get to see Antwerp's beautiful skyline.

We could really feel that Luc is passionate about his tour. His English was very good and he told the stories in a funny way. He made us guess things a couple of times which kept our attention at all times. He even brought some sweets :) I can highly recommend it!

We were walking through the Grote Markt when we passed by Luc just starting a tour with his red Free Tours umbrella. After listening to his first pitch in English, we were welcomed to join the group of 14+. Most were Dutch or German but Luc's presentations flowed quickly. We headed past the Cathedral, while stopping in front of DIVA for a explanation of the diamond trade. While walking along the river front, we heard more about the history of trade, the Het Steen castle, and the future encouragement of tourism. We then cut back into the old town through a preserved ancient wall to hear about the butchers' guild and the urban renewal of the area. After a story about the Sint Paulus church fire, we strolled down the three streets of Antwerp's red light district. Soon after we viewed the Stroom Museum across Willemdok, but didn't proceed to the top as it was closed. Luc closed the tour with a few "administrative " details. Tips were welcomed , but not demanded, and he did an excellent job on a cold and a bit barren night that deserved a reward.

Anna was a charming guide for our evening tour. She combined positive energy, fun and knowledge to show us a different side of Antwerp while not letting it become a silly "ghost tour." A little too much talk about tipping but overall a really excellent, well-informed, enjoyable tour.

Free tours in any city can be hit or miss. However, we were very lucky to have an amazing guide Bart take us around Antwerp at night. We moved away from the tourists who had taken over the Christmas market and navigated our way only a few blocks away to see some very cool buildings and murals that are tucked away in the city center. Bart was very engaging with our group and injected a lot of humor into our night tour. I would highly recommend joining Legends of Antwerp for a tour during the evening if you have the time. It was a great activity and also a ton of fun.

Beren did a great job, even while it poured rain like crazy. He has very charismatic and knew his history. We enjoyed it very much!
