My partner booked this tour for my birthday and it did not disappoint!! We were picked up in a lovely vehicle early in the morning so we could beat the crowds. We visited 3x cenotes: 1. Gran Cenote (a semi underground cenote) 2. Cenote Taak Bi Ha (an underground Cenote) 3. Cenote Xunaan Ha (an open-air Cenote) It was great getting to experience all three different types of cenotes. From swimming with turtles, snorkeling through caves, jumping from a height into a Cenote with no one else around and seeing the stalactites up close, this was truly an unforgettable experience. Getting up early was definitely worth it to beat the crowds! Our tour guide was fantastic. He took so many photos of us whenever we asked, as well as plenty of candids whilst we were snorkelling. Everything was included - snorkels, life jackets, lunch. It was so wonderful not having to worry about anything and being able to stay as long or as little as we wanted at each cenote. Would definitely recommend this tour if you’re looking for an exclusive experience and wanting to do things on your own timeline!

I LOVE private tours. They are the gift of time when you only have a week to enjoy all the beauty this country has to offer!! Our tour guide, Fernando, was good. We got to enjoy everything at our own pace.

Calm and relaxing. So nice to not be on a bus with tons of people. Go at your own pace. Restaurant he took us to was nice and authentic.

It was a great adventure for our family and Alex was a wonderful guide! All 3 cenotes were very different, which was super cool to experience the variety.

This was my first time visiting cenotes and I was a bit nervous to bring the kids along 7, 8, and 9 years old along bc I thought it would be too cold and a little scary for them. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Uli, our awesome tour guide made everything so accessible and family friendly! All the kids snorkeled through the gorgeous caves and saw fish, and turtles through the crystal clear turquoise water. We had a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, Juanita’s and we all ate the best fish tacos we’ve ever had! I highly recommend this adventure and ask for Uli for your tour guide bc he was amazing!! We left around 7:15am and returned about 2 pm.

This trip was fantastic! Ulises was our guide and he was fun and incredibly informative. Everyone had a great time snorkeling in the cenotes, which were absolutely beautiful. The lunch was also great!!! This was an adventure non of us, adults and children, will likely forget. Thanks Uli for such a wonderful time!!!

The cenotes were beautiful and Ulises peppered in wonderful facts about the Mayan culture. He was wonderful with our kids as well. Would recommend for anyone

Tour guide Lindbert was amazing! Pickup in a comfortable SUV right at the hotel started a great day. Lindbert was a knowledgeable and friendly guide, who told us about the local area, the research going on into cenotes and more! We visited three cenotes, of different types, getting a great variety of experience. Lindbert swam with us to teach us more about wildlife, take great pictures of us, and show us the best spots to see, as well as giving us free time to snorkel how we wanted. Seeing scuba divers swim though hundreds of feet from us was astonishing.

Ulysse is awesome. He made this experience unique, safe and safe and one of a kind. I would do this tour again and in fact any other tour with Ulysses without a doubt.

Did the private cenote tour with my two teenage boys. Limbert was our guide and was amazing. He knows all the good spots and is very knowledgeable about Mexico history. Can't wait to do another tour!

This is a great way to see the cenotes. Miguel is a wonderful guide and we were able to see 3 different cenotes and spend as much time as we wanted at each. They were all different and none were crowded. In fact, we were often the only ones there! Wet suits and snorkels were helpful as some of the water gets cold at certain times of the year.
