Great tour guide and driver. Our guide, Roberto, was very knowledgeable and shared so much history and information throughout the tour. My wife can be a little “extra” for pictures and Robert had a great attitude about it! Our driver, Carlos, was great as well. Clean vehicle and always on-time for pick ups. The pyramids are beautiful and so impressive up close. The shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe was breathtakingly beautiful. Learning so much about Juan Diego was unexpected! Great tour and we highly recommend!

Ramon was an incredible tour guide. He is a walking encyclopedia. He too great care of us through the entire day and we learned a tremendous amount. I am glad we included the lunch stop as we were ready to take a rest and refill for the afternoon.

We had a terrific time! Our guide, Ramon, and our driver, Arturo, did a fantastic job! I went with my mother, who is older and has mobility issues. They were great with getting her as close as they could to locations and then when we had to walk, Ramon helped her each step of the way. We went to the Plaza de las Tres Culturas in Tlateloco, the Pyramids in Teotihuacan, an obsidian and tequila workshop, had lunch at a local restaurant, and then went to the Basilica of Guadalupe. We couldn't have done it without them. It was a wonderful day that we will always remember!

We had a great tour with Roberto and our driver Daniel. The Teotihuacan tour was comprehensive, we spent a good amount of time there and learned a lot about life in the city and the reconstruction. We had a 3 year old in our group and our guide made sure to engage her too throughout the day. The basilica was also absolutely worth visiting. The tour moved at a good pace and even though it was a long day we didn't feel too tired at the end of it, having lunch after Teotihuacan helped a lot. We're glad we did the tour!

We did a private tour. There was a driver and a guide. The driver was kind and a great driver in Mexico City! The guide was good but a bit hard to understand but very willing to show us everything which was great! Overall the tour was interesting and we got to see everything we wanted to see. It was worth it!

Ramon our tour guide was so friendly and knowledgeable and we learned so much from him. He went out of his way to make our tour interesting and filled with fun facts. Lorena our driver did a fantastic job at navigating the Mexico City traffic and getting us to and from our designation safely.

We had a great day with Ramon and Lalo. They picked us up right outside our Airbnb and took us to 4 distinct locations. The van was comfortable and air conditioned. They supplied us with clean cold water all day. Ramon was very well educated and has an excellent command of English; he made the tour fun and fascinating! We loved seeing Teotihuacan and the Basillica of Our Lady of Guadalupe most. Lunch was a private sitting in an open air restaurant with a well prepared food typical of the area with a great view of the Pyramid of the Sun in the background. We had our three older teen sons with us; all enjoyed the day! I highly recommend this experience.

A not to be missed tour. Teotihuacan has to be seen to be believed! There's so much to see and our guide did a great job explaining the history, bringing the scene to life. I still can't get over the scale of the building - with the tools available, how on earth could they have produced such stunning results? I was originally skeptical about the included visit to a nearby workshop, which was linked to the lunch location, but it was actually worth the time. A long day but very satisfying.

Our guide Roberto was very knowledgable and super nice. He was careful to note our interests and explain what we were most interested in. He offered great conversation and could tell when we wanted a little quiet on the drive back. The shops he directed us to had high quality merchandise and great service. We especially appreciated not having to get up so early like a lot of tours insist on doing!

We had a very memorable excursion to Teotihuacan and the Guadalupe shrine. Our guide Arturo Vega was excellent and very knowledgeable and made our trip so much more enjoyable. Our driver Augustin was excellent and got us to where we needed to be notwithstanding the traffic.

Our tour with Bruno was great! He is very knowledgeable about history and so we very much enjoyed hearing about the background of the Teotihuacán pyramids and the fascinating history of Mexico.

We (wife and I) private tour with Bruno. He was extremely knowledgeable and deeply interested in conveying the history and archaeology of the 3 sites we visited. We spent an incredible 6 hours with him and his driver (Mr. Carlos). The extra cost of the private tour is well worth it- no rush, no being herded with a crowd, and basically spend a day having a conversation with an expert while you take in the incredible history and architecture of this area. Plus we learned more about current Mexican society and politics from Bruno which made it even more informative about our entire Mexico City vacation.

All the reviews are accurate for this experience. Go ahead and do not hesitate to book this experience as spots seem to fill up quickly. The guides you get are not necessarily the same ones you read about in these reviews, as you are paying an agency which then works directly with several guides which it outsources the tours to. It seems like the agency does a good job of pairing you with highly knowledgeable and friendly guides who communicate very well. My wife and I took the early morning tour (recommended due to swelling crowds later as the morning/day progresses) and the tour guide (Carlos) and his driver (Daniel) arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. The tour guide and his driver are punctual and are very friendly & approachable, have a clean modern car, and they make you feel welcome. You will stop at several locations on the way to the pyramids to see other historical sites listed in the tour description, including stops for coffee and bathroom breaks along the way. Drive time is about 1 - 2 hours including stops. We did not feel rushed in any way and the pace was relaxed. The guide did an excellent job of also explaining daily life in the city as we made our way through the city streets and highway, and about the neighborhoods we saw along the way. Once at the pyramids, Carlos took his time to explain in detail how life in the city would have been, and he answered all our questions. He is well-versed in the history of Mexico. We chose the non-lunch option, but if you also do this I would recommend eating a hearty breakfast and bringing light snacks. The only thing the agency does poorly is communicate beforehand to confirm if the tour has actually been scheduled and if it will take place at the agreed upon time. Even an automated message would be nice. You are essentially simply show up and hoping the other party follows the directions you had specified when booking the tour. Because of this, please make sure to give them a very close approximation of your location when you think you will be picked up because it's not straightforward how one should change that later on if needed. It's available to change in the app, but it will take some digging around. All in all, highly recommended and very worth the price given how much value and efficiency you get. Our tour was complete by 2pm and our guide & driver dropped us off at the same exact spot they picked us up from, with good recommendations for lunch spots in the vicinity.
