TripAdvisor did not get our tickets to the transportation vendor so we were unable to go. This caused us to have to book our own cars and drive ourselves. Won’t use TripAdvisor again

This city has beautiful views. The guide was excellent and explained everything very well. We had lunch on the balcony of a restaurant overlooking the bridge and it was awesome. Many Thanks

It was one of my favorite tours I did in this trip. The tour guide, Miguel was excellent!! He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend this tour especially with Miguel. Thanks !

The Travel agency (Naturanda) asked for an extra 200 Euros at the last minute (the day before the scheduled tour) giving reason that the tour is on Jan 1st so will need an extra payment to supplement the tour guide on a holiday. As we did not have any other choice, we ended up paying the amount. But this is kind of an extortion and highly unprofessional. We should not have been charged extra amount when the amount on TripAdvisor quoted was already paid and trip was already confirmed.

Carlos was a wonderful guide. He incorporated what we wanted to see into the itinerary. He was very knowledgeable and lots of fun. He even helped me purchase train tickets to Madrid for the next day. Rhonda and the white villages were beautiful!

Carlos was a great guide. We wanted to go on a wine tasting as well and they handled and coordinated it quickly and we added that into our day. It started to rain while we were at lunch and he parked as close as possible so we did not have to walk in the rain. He made the whole day very easy and enjoyable. I even paid a bit extra to have them pick us up at our home which was great as well.

We absolutely loved our private tour to Ronda and surrounding villages. Sergio was amazing and knowledgeable and we liked him so much we tried to book another tour with him. Can’t recommend enough, the value is amazing!

Amazing tour! Guido was a spectacular guide. Very knowledgeable and flexible and fun. We would one hundred percent do this again and would be delighted to have him as a guide anytime. The Pueblos blancos were gorgeous.

We saw three unique towns in the region highlighting the stunning scenery and varied agriculture associated with each. Our guide was Guido who shared facts, history, and distinctive character associated with the region. He was informed, thoughtful, and helpful. At one point, Guido guided a person in our group to a store and interpreted in the process of replacing lost contacts which were originally from USA - an amazing feat. Our family of 8 unanimously recommend this tour and Guido, our guide!

Van broke down 1 hour into tour. Stranded on side of road, near Zahara. Company did not seemed concerned. Wanted driver/guide to try to get the van fixed somewhere (van kept stalling, had a front flat tire and tread peeling off the passenger rear tire) and then continue the tour. I explained that this was not acceptable, van in no condition for mountain driving and just getting help with the two tires ( only one spare) would be a many hour delay. I asked that they send a car to take us back to Seville. They DID not. We sat on side of road for a hour then limped into closest small town where my friend and I hired a cab from a nearby town to come get us and drive us back to Seville. Never did get any help from the tour company. Driver was helping all he could to get us back to Seville but company ignored his request also. This was a private tour just two of us both in our mid seventies, females. Company has not contacted to see if we even got back to Seville.
