Julia was amazing. My husband who has less interest in art was as fascinated as I was and we referred to things Julia told us as we visited other places in Vienna. She guided us through the Belvedere and built a story starting with the middle ages all the way to Klimt, she wove a thread connecting many of the works of art. I was as impressed with her knowledge and passion about art and history as I was with the actual paintings. I was hesitant to buy a tour so pricey as this but it was well worth the money spent.

Our guide was terrific! She was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I learned many things about art history that will make me look at historical paintings in a new light and feel I have a better appreciation of the importance of context in any piece of art.

This was our highlight activity in Vienna. The Belvedere Palace/Gallery and gardens are beautiful just to see it. Their art collection is great. A must see while in Vienna. Julia, our tour guide was the greatest part of our tour. She was very knowledgeable, easy going and fun to listening too. With her assistance, you will be able to learn not only about art but also social and political issues of the Austrian society. We really enjoyed this activity and highly recommended.

An absolute masterclass & a must do in Vienna. My wife and I enjoyed an exclusive private tour of almost 3 hours with Julia in the Belvedere. We learned not only about the art in the museum, but the historical context for Vienna and Austria as a whole. We did this on our last day in the city & were glad of that as we had a better perspective having already been in town for a week. This tour is not inexpensive, but worth every cent for those who have a curiosity about art, architecture and history.

Julia was great. She provided us with an excellent overview and history of the palace and plenty of the exhibits. But not just that. We greatly enjoyed the Art with Me tour at Belvedere. Sie hat den Anfang mit dem Ende verknüpft - man merkt, dass sie ein echter Profi ist. Wir hatten leider nur 2,5 Stunden Zeit, hätten aber locker den ganzen Tag im Museum verbringen können. Am nächsten Tag besuchten wir das Kunsthistorische Museum und haben gemerkt, wie sehr uns Julias professionelle Anleitung fehlte, aber wir konnten dennoch einiges mehr mithilfe der am Tag davor mit ihr gewonnenen Erkenntnisse mitnehmen. Экскурсия по Бельведеру в компании Юлии оказалась нашим самым ярким впечатлением от Вены. Этого мы не ожидали от экскурсии в музее, особенно после того, как сходили и в оперу, на концерт в церкви, изучили старый город , прогулялись по Шенбруну… Но совершенно особая концентрация прекрасных картин, интерьеров дворца, фантастического вида на город и историй, объяснений и тонких замечаний нашего гида о том, что мы видим (и чего не видим) совершили какое-то волшебство и именно это стало «вишенкой на торте» нашей поездки.
