We had a fantastic morning, Sakha was on time and a safe driver. It was quite cloudy at the top, but still very beautiful views and the hot spring was a great way to finish off.

Yande was our driver for the day and he was amazing! He was on time and explained much about Mount Batur and the area. We had a fantastic guide up the mountain his name is Yoga. He took us on a secluded track away from people and traffic. We had the best spot for the sunrise. Yande took us to the Batur hot springs and we had a whole pool to ourselves. It was amazing to soak in the hot springs after the hike. We finished off at a beautiful coffee plantation, where we enjoyed a large variety of tea and coffee with the most amazing view. Vi cannot recommend this service enough.

The trip was brilliant. Our driver, Leo, was ready and waiting to pick us up at our hotel and took us to the mountain where our guide met us. He was a great driver and his English was very good. The trek was difficult but worth it for the beautiful view. Our guide was brilliant. We then went to the natural hot springs and then we're dropped back off at our hotel.

The whole experience was amazing! The drivers picked us up early at our villa and were patient even though we took a while to get ready oops. We then embarked on a long journey to the base camp and had a hearty breakfast of coffee/tea and pancakes before being driven to the startpoint where we embarked on a hike. We were introduced to 2 hiking guides who really took good care of us. This is considering that we have older folks and people who are hiking for the first time. The hike up and down was hard but the guides’ humorous personalities help made everything better. At the summit, we were given a simple breakfast of sandwich and hardboiled eggs. The guides also ensured that we were on time to witness the sunrise and helped us take a good of good photos Overall, the hike at Mount Batur is a must-do and having good guides is a must-have. Great experience, very well organized tour. The hike was very challenging, the path was very steep but the guide made decent pace. Sunrise was awesome, simply breakfast very taste. As a positive plus was bathing in mineral springs. Overall perfect tour, highly recommended.

Also our tour guide during the hiking Asmara was very talented with taking pictures and have a very good spot up the mountain, and he was very careful about us not to be hearted. Enjoyed trip to Mt Badur sunrise. Since the wake up is early, you want your driver to be on time and helpful. Agung Rai was both! The climb itself is rocky. Not quite “very difficult” but definitely not easy. But the view was worth it!

The tour was amazing! We had a great time and got to see sunrise at Mt Batur. Our driver Wah Ko was very helpful and messaged us the night before to confirm pickup times and location, and again on the day which was great for peace of mind. His English was very good and he taught us some interesting information about Bali on the way. Our mountain guide Asmara was also fantastic. He was super friendly and kept a pace that didn't feel like we needed to rush. At the top he cooked us a really nice simple breakfast, took some amazing photos of us and really looked after us. If you are worried about whether you are able to do the hike, it is moderate-hard on the way up, especially in the dark. However by choosing a private tour the guide is able to better match your pace which is much appreciated.

Today I was so lucky to met Komang Pi during my special tour in Ubud. He was so kind, gentle and full of empathy. The Mount Batur hike was a great experience. The hike up is well worth it for the views and experience of being on top of a volcano. Benik picked us up from our hotel and was a great host. His knowledge of the area and the history of the region made our trip even more enriching. We felt like we were in good hands and could truly relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The driver and tour guide were friendly. The hike was on the challenging side but the view was beautiful. The hot springs afterwards were very nice.

What an incredible experience! Worth the early wake up and physical trek up the volcano. Our driver Peter picked us up from our hotel and was an absolutely great host and driver for the day. Very knowledgeable and thoughtful, every need was catered to, water, blanket,etc We arrived at Mt Batur and were introduced to our Trekking guide, Yoga. Again, an absolute expert who safely guided us up the mountain. Yoga was kind, knowledgeable and a true master guide! Reaching the top was breathtaking. The views were just magnificent. Yoga took incredible pics, knew all the best spots, and made us a lovely breakfast . The day finished with Peter taking us to the Natural springs. Could not have asked for a better adventure made truly special by Peter and Yoga. Highly recommend this private tour.
