It was my spl trip after Eid , therefore I had full access of comfort of an ac car while visiting the city because roads were not so jammed .. no need to take rickshaw.. wow it was amazing experience , like the old historical city as well as new modern city ..it covered all . For lunch always ask for dish like kachhi biriyani with chinigura rice at old Dhaka city resturant only .. it will blow your mind . Also in the morning near lalbag for there is a tea stall with snacks that was mind blowing taste just ask for it !!

Didn’t visit the pink palace, nobody warned us it was closed on Thursdays. Also very minimal effort from the guide with regards of timing. We arrived at the mosque during the prayer time so couldn’t enter

To actual see the mass of humanity in such tight quarters, yet the whole thing seems to work. The thing to see here is the old city. Thoroughly enjoyed the craziness as an experience in humanity. You acquire a new understanding of a rickshaw! Amazing drivers….

We loved going around Ahsan Manzil and the boat ride on the Buriganga River was amazing. The tour gave us a flavour of Old Dhaka plus a few minutes by the impressive Parliament Building. We discovered the fragrance and colours of the Shahbagh Flower 🌺 Market as well as the splendour of the Shahid Minar up close. Even better though if we had more time to spend in the Star Mosque!

Being shown around Dhaka by someone that truly loves his country was an absolute pleasure. Mahim not only showed me the best places, he gave me the history of everywhere we went. Not only the best places, but the best foods and deserts that Bangladesh had to offer. The traffic in Dhaka was insane, but Mahim made it enjoyable the whole time. I would look forward to having Mahim show me around the rest of Bangladesh the next time I am in the country.

If you want to explore Dhaka, then this is the tour for you. History, architecture, wet market, sea port, boat ride, local markets, Armenian church, Liberation Museum (very informative), National Museum, flower market, food tour, tuk tuk, and rickshaw rides. Tour guide Al Amine, speaks great English, is knowledgeable, funny!, and will tailor the tour to what you like to see.

I would like to thank our guide, Mahib, for keeping us safe during my trip to Dhaka. Although there was a protest going on and we had to skip a couple places on the itinerary, we did explore most of the city, and Mahib kept the trip fun and interesting. I learned a lot about Bangladesh history, culture, and the people lifestyle in Dhaka. We also had lunch at a restaurant and got to try some of the local food including biryani (can pick between beef, chicken, mutton, or veggie), firni, and borhani. Even though I only had about 12 hours in Dhaka, Mahib was flexible enough to make sure we had enough time to explore each landmark. I definitely recommend this tour if you only have about half to full day in Dhaka.

The day tour was awesome! I was in town to visit a friend of mine. While he was at work, I was out exploring the city and Mahib guided me through the deep history and stories of the city and its people. The tour was well designed and guided as we battled the heat and traffic. The midday river ride was a welcome rest to learn more about the city. Mahib is a great guide who will show you the city while welcoming you to the country. I definitely recommend this tour!

Since we went out on a calm weekend day, we had some time to dwell. Jafar, the guide was great guy, very down-to-earth and willing to adapt as different situations arise. I enjoyed seeing the photogenic flower market, the different religious landmarks, and the National Museum.

I am Japanese and I live in Dhaka. It is hard to travel old Dhaka by yourself. He provides great tour and you can visit both famous sites and deep sites! The guide is very kind and flexible. He has a lot of knowledges. You can visit many cultural sites and learn a lot!

Mahib is a great guide and this tour is a great introduction to Dhaka. I don't usually find tour guide and this is the first one I found because I was really not familiar with Bangladesh. I was able to explore the city in a very local way and gain good insight about the city. I also had experienced many local things that I wouldn't able to experience otherwise.

Mahin was the perfect host for Dhaka. We packed so much into one day, including things I definitely would not have done without a local guide. Mahin has incredible knowledge of the history and culture of Bangladesh - I learned so much. Highlights were taking a boat down the Buriganga River, wandering through the Old City, and the Pink Palace.

I had the most amazing day with Mahib. I was a little anxious about discovering Dhaka alone as a woman and i also had only one day. Mahib arranged the schedule to fit my needs and we managed to host all the places I wanted to see, I had a great hindsight of Dhaka but also Bangladesh as a whole as he showed me a lot of things from the countryside and gave me great explanations while visiting the museum. All in all, I learned a great deal and had a very nice day thanks to Mahib! It was so nice to spend that day with someone so kind and so passionate about his country. His passion was very contagious! In addition, as I had a late night flight, Mahib took me for dinner with his family. He really went all the way to make me have the best experience. I am so grateful to him!
