We had a wonderful private tour (only 4 of us) of Akrotiri with a guide who was so informative there and then we visited 3 great wineries with Katerina our driver and host. Akrotiri is a must-see and to follow it up with the 3 wineries was so much fun! We highly recommend this tour and Katerina was the best!!

We had a fantastic experience with our private tour. Our guide at Akrotiri was extremely knowledgable, and Katarina, our driver and sommelier/wine expert extraordinaire was amazing. She explained all about the uniqueness of Santorini wine, thoroughly explained all of our tastings and was generally just an overall pleasure. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time. My husband loved the opportunity to see the ruins as well as visit three wineries. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave a fantastic tour.

This was everything as advertised! Great tours at both places and really nice tour guides. We had a fun time meeting the others in the group and felt safe. The wines and appetizer plates at each winery are plenty and will fill you up. Santorini wines are some of the best I have had.

My husband and I had a fantastic time on this tour! The whole tour was well worth the time and money. The guide during the Akrotiri site was fantastic; she was very knowledgeable and spent the time well. The site itself is quite amazing! The wineries were wonderful; all 3 of them were unique in their own way. The wines themselves were delicious. The tour guide was wonderful; she was knowledgeable, attentive, and answered all questions. She guided us through tasting notes and the history of the wines on Santorini. Absolutely delightful.

The combination of Katie as our guide for the ruins with her 30+ years of experience and knowledge was the key to unlocking the stories and wonder found in Akrotiri. Dora was an excellent wine tour guide at each winery. She gave wonderful suggestions and backgrounds not only about each wine but the wineries and vineyards and the history of the island to enhance our experience in this well thought out tour.

My mom and I had a great time on this two part tour. First visiting the ancient ruins of Akrotiri with our excellent guide, we learned so much! Next, we were picked up for our wine tour, where we also learned a lot about wine and specifically Santorini wines. The wines were delicious, our guide was very knowledgeable, and we could not have had a better time!!

Great to combine culture /education and fun! Both Guides were wonderful Kate and Dora. Both have the educational background to explain correctly about each product. Kate with the archology and Dora with the wine. Highly recommend the tour.

Seven of my family took the Private Akrotiri & wineries tour on Santorini. We had a wonderful time! The tour at Ancient Akrotiri was very interesting and informative. Our guide Katie was nice, funny and very knowledgeable. It would have been nice to be able to stay even longer actually but we had a full day of wine tastings ahead so off we went! We visited 3 different wineries. They were all very unique and all wonderful. I will definitely return on our next visit. Dimitris was a great guide. He provided us with so much information about the history and process of wine making on Santorini. He also guided us through the various tastings and pairings with expertise. I could not have asked for more out of this tour!

We had an excellent time tasting wines that are indigenous to Santorini as well as learning the history of their roots. The guide was very informative and the small group allowed for good conversation and a more intimate setting. I think that some of the enjoyment would have been lost in a larger group. The cooking class was highly interactive and delicious! Everyone in the group was able to make part of the meal and we got to try along the way with the ending having a delicious bottle of wine to share for the group (4) and professionally done versions of what we made; a good way to tell if a meal is what is shown is if it tastes the same, and it did. The nice thing for visitors are the menu/recipe cards that are given at the end of the tour, this was a wonderful touch and great for anyone that may have enjoyed the wine a bit too thoroughly haha. Overall I would highly recommend to anyone that enjoys cooking, wine, and island living.

We have done wine tours in Napa, Sonoma, and New Zealand and have never learned as much about wine as we did on this tour. It was also nice that they do not push you to buy anything or sign up for a wine club. Antonio was the best! I wish I could talk to him again about all of the information he gave. Each of the wineries gave great food pairings (cheese, grape leaves, chocolate, etc) that were included in the price. It was so nice to be a group of 6 where we all got to know each other and have a blast.

We had an excellent tour! We were picked up in a convenient spot near our hotel in a very comfortable van. Our tour guide, Dimitris was fantastic! We first stopped at a vineyard to understand how grapes are grown on the island which is very different than the mainland. Then we visited 3 wineries and had very generous pours of good wines to taste and some excellent food at each stop. The last winery, Santos, was my favorite as we were also able to see the sun set over the caldera at this location. Worth the money!

We had the BEST time on this wine tour. Our guide was amazing and took us to beautiful spots that we definitely would not have ventured to without his expertise. The wine was delicious. I went to Sonoma, CA for wine tours only a couple weeks before this trip and it didn't even compare!! This was the highlight of our entire trip to Greece. Highly, highly recommend.

What a fun time! Trained as a sommelier, Angelo did a great job of explaining Santorini wine growing, highlighting Santorini wines, and pairing wines with great snacks! With some humor thrown in, it was a great experience!

This winery tour was an awesome time, between our gracious guide, to the actual wineries, which all led up to the phenomenal sunset at the last winery we visited. Well worth the money - you get plenty of food (tapas, cheese, etc.) at each stop, and the wine itself is delicious.

This was a fun wine tour. Our guide picked us up promptly at our hotel. Our group was small which was great. Our guide was very knowledgeable about wine but also about the history of wine in Santorini, which is quite fascinating. Tried a lot of different wines and different wine styles which was fun. We split off from the group at the final stop to do a cooking class which was awesome and highly recommended along with the wine tour!

Visited 3 wineries. Angelo our tour guide was very knowledgeable and very entertaining! We had a small group - lovely people - and the wine tasting was awesome - quite interesting too I must say. Of course, the highlight had to be the sunset at Venetsanos Winery. I'd bought a bottle of wine from the first winery and two at the second. A bit gutted the first bottle popped out of the paper carry bag and smashed on the pavement at Oia on our way to our cave. I'd definitely recommend the sunset wine tour.

Nikos picked us up at hotel and right away started talking about our tour. He was knowledgeable and lots of fun! The group was small and a lot of fun! I purchased a bottle at the first winery and left it in the van. He dropped us off in Fira and I was carrying g the paper bag around for about an hour. Suddenly the wine crashed thru the bag and onto the hard floor in a clothing store! It was embarrassing and upsetting. I wrote to Santorini wines they asked which bottle I purchased and Nikos delivered it to my hotel!!! Great customer service!!
