Great on time service. The SUV was clean and well cared for. We had courteous drivers to and from the airport. I will surely book with this company again.

Exactly as advertised. We met at the umbrella and were checked in. Then about 5 minutes later we were led to our private SUV and driven to the resort without any issues. They were also early to pick us up for the return trip to the airport 6 days later. Again, no issues. Overall, great service!

We had a roundtrip pre-booked. Drivers were courteous, on time and very friendly. We appreciated the communication before and after. We will most definitely use the service again and would recommend to friends and family.

Ride on the way there was great. But when we were picked up there was a car seat and booster seat, which made us very cramped for our ride. I did not book the ride to be inconvenienced by being squinted by booster seat, this defeated the purpose of a private SUV ride.

Booked the day before return to SJD airport. Reservation process was quick & straightforward. Changing it was as well. Communication via email was flawless. Nice/clean newer large Chevy Suburban arrived at resort right on-time. I would recommend using this service.

When we got to the airport no one was there waiting for us. We only had to wait about 15 minutes to be picked up. Valentine was great. He had cold beer and water waiting for us. He visited with us and was very informative. We requested him for our return trip as well.

I was concerned when our flight was 3 hours late getting to Cabo, but when we arrived, there was no issue and they had our suburban there within 10 min. They offered cold drinks during the drive and we were very satisfied with the return back to airport after trip was done. Professional drivers and on time. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Our ride was easy to find once we made it through the sales gauntlet at the airport and we had enough time to snag a drink while our SUV drove to get us. On pickup, I asked for a later than recommended (truly, 2hrs at the airport is likely MORE than enough- especially with a morning flight) and they accommodated my request without issue. An über is cheaper for 1-2 but for a family of 4, the price isn't that much more for peace of mind.

We booked Cabo Airport Shuttle at the recommendation of a friend and we were so glad we did! It was our first time in Cabo and they made it extremely easy to find them at the airport, get from the airport to our resort and then back to the airport for our return! They were on time with great communication; the SUVs were very clean, luxe and comfortable; and the drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable! Will definitely use them again anytime we are in Cabo!

The service was excellent once we got out of the airport and to the umbrella the lady there she took very good care of us got us a driver. It was a great driver. It was a smooth process. Followed the instruction provided, and got our private transfer vehicle in 10 mins. The Driver helped us with all our luggage's, and also accommodated me to get into the vehicle, with my disability.

Great experience. During pick up from the airport it took about 20 minutes for the car to get there but we didn’t mind. When they picked us up from the hotel they were very prompt. Would use this company again for transportation.

First time to Mexico, and glad we pre booked are transfer. So easy, they were waiting when we got out of the airport, and promptly on time for pick up back to airport. Will definitely use again

Israel was awesome. Made the 20 minute wait at the airport worth it. He was very helpful and shared a lot of information about the two cities.

Just beware it is chaotic when you go to spot 5 to get car. We had to wait 25 minutes for a car. The women you check in with was rude and short. Would not give us any information about the wait. It would have been fine if she said you are number whatever. But she put her hand up and would say backup when you tried to approach. I’m hoping the ride from the hotel to the airport is smoother.

The drivers were very friendly and helpful. The Cabo Airport Shuttle is definitely the one to use. We decided to 'upgrade' to a Cadillac Escalade, but I don't think I will do that again. The caddy's were OK, but in need of some maintenance. It was pretty bouncy but roomy and private, which was important to us.

Jose couldn’t have been better!!! Would 10/10 recommend again if ever in Cabo traveling. The service was very easy to find once we landed.

Antonio was the best - he was friendly and funny and we had a great time chatting with him while he drove us down to the Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas. When it was time to book a return to the airport at the end of our trip we requested Antonio and when he picked us up it was like seeing an old friend! Booked online, easy process, just follow the instructions they send when you’re leaving the airport and it’s a breeze.
