we hired a private boat self skippered to explore the coast, Whilst the rental and handover was good the boat was old and dirty and despite being assured by the lady we chartered it from was not a new boat ( prob about 15 years old and very dirty

Poor communication from the beginning left us wondering had we made a mistake booking with them, but eventually sorted it. Mini bus picked us up (late) from our villa, took us to the dock where we stood around for a while until other groups appeared. Ten minute tuition course followed, which was ok but a little rushed for my liking. Our boat turned up last as the dock isn't the biggest, but that's not a problem. Off we set, boat performed ok if a little tired looking, but for what we paid we didn't expect a luxury boat at all. The problem occurred when we were charged for the fuel we'd "used". A very dubious explanation followed with rudimentary maths explaining how he'd got to his sum. Apparently we'd used 70 litres, when each tank held 30 litres. Only one full tank was used, and possibly two thirds of another. Who knows if all three were full from the off - no opportunity to check was offered. In hindsight we should've asked, but it's a great thing isn't it??? We were charged €180 for 70 litres. Nice little sideline.... Seems they want to eek every last cent out of you. Oh and the final laughable insult was when we were taken back to our villa in a 5 seater truck, which wouldn't pass an MOT in the UK. Two of our party had to sit in the back of an open truck whilst Schumacher drove us back. Hairy Would definitely NOT recommend

The tour operators Abba Travels, and the captain they assigned to us for our private boat "Mario" were all excellent. Mario was patient with us, showed us North side of Zakynthos Island with multiple stops to take swims and snorkel. Also stopped at Shipwreck beach and waited for us patiently. Amazing experience of Zakynthos made even great by a great team.

Great service. We had the best Captain (Simi) who took us to the best spots. Be prepared for fuel bill. We used 120ltrs. Costs clearly stated on website at time of booking. No issues from us. Family loved it. Highly recommended!

Amazing day, well organized by Andréas. We went in the morning to the shipwreck with Takis and were the first on the beach 😍. Then south in the afternoon with Sebastian for a amazing speed boat trip near marathonisi. Wé all had fun

Zakynthos und unforgettable island. the people, the food, the beaches and the caves are the best in this world. The tour guide Constantin showed us this paradise in the best way. He taught us about Greek culture and the best places on the island that you cannot miss! a very attentive, charismatic and dedicated guide. He makes you feel like family. My mom and I recommend it 100%. We will come back for more hakuna matata

We were a group of 6 people, I call Andreas (found the agency on the google) late on monday evening because two of us have a last day on tuesday, and we want to se Zaknyntos ( we stay in Kefalonia). I took contakt with Andreas how fixed a privat boat to give us a ride for 5 hours tour in Zakhyntos for 100 Euros/ pers plus the pickup from Kefalonia (200 euros) it was perfect, the boat fit for us easily, and we have a young driver Nikos who was very nice. I can truly recommed this guys. The only thing that i would wish was the tour was longer. Thanks guys! :D

Wow what a great experience! First of all I want to thank Andreas and Constantine for going above and beyond along with being perfect tour guides. I did a private tour of the outlook area with Constantine. He was very knowledgeable and i’ve never done a tour with someone that is so concerned with capturing the perfect photo for you. He was climbing rocks and using his drone to get perfect angles of me! You can really tell he has a passion for what he does. The day after I did the private speedboat tour with Andreas where he chauffeured me around the island and to the shipwreck occasionally cracking jokes to die for hahaha. When we got the the shipwreck beach he probably circled the boat 15 times to get the perfect angle along with lighting to get the shot you see below. It came out great and I couldn’t be happier. After leaving the boat you took me to all these cool lookouts and was constantly concerned making sure I’m comfortable and enjoying my tour. I can’t thank these guys enough for accommodating me so well and making me feel like family.

We, (4 of us), had a fantastic day touring the island in a speedboat with George as our captain. Renting the boat was so easy and extremely goad value. The lovely team at Abba Travel were so helpful and knowledgeable about the island and places of interest to see. We had a brilliant day with our captain... lovely George! George asked us what we wanted to do on our trip, I replied everything that Zakynthos is famous for, he didn’t disappoint!!! We saw all the tourists sights and more!!! He took us in the Blue Caves, which took a lot of skill, Shipwreck, getting there before all the bigger tour boats arrive and Turtle Island to name a few. We patiently waited in the bay at the nature reserve and was rewarded by seeing a Turtle! We went into other caves along the coast and stopped in secluded bays with beaches for a swim in the crystal clear turquoise waters. We saw parts of the Island you won’t see or be able to experience if you went on an organised boat trip. The pictures and memories are very special. If you travel to the island I recommend you book with, Abba, you won’t be disappointed.

We rented a speedboat (with a captain) for the last day of our holiday and we were so glad we did. We got to see the beautiful blue caves, shipwreck beach, had numerous swimming stops and also a stop at a beautiful taverna for lunch. Everyone enjoyed it immensely. The team at Abba were really knowledgable and our captain was really good :) It was without doubt the best day of the holiday - don’t waste tome thinking about it just do it you won’t regret it :)

Ballade extraordinaire : la Plage du Naufrage, les grottes bleues, ravis de notre escapade. Nous fêtions nos anniversaires et cela restera dans nos mémoires. Pas un chat sur la plage en ce mois de mars. Notre capitaine Alexander très attentif était super sympa, nous a montré les meilleurs endroits pour prendre de belles photos. Nous avions pris 3 heures.

Ce fut une ballade formidable, entre la Plage du Naufrage, et les nombreuses grottes bleues nous étions ravis. Nous n'étions que deux et d'autant plus contents qu'en mars nous avons eu la plage pour nous seuls ! Alexander ...le Grand, notre capitaine et guide était d'une grande gentillesse et nous a fait partager sa passion pour son île. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette excursion qui vaut vraiment la peine d'être faite.
