The tour was amazing! I’ve done it with the local guide Aryan and he was great explaining how everything works and taking us around the place. That wouldn’t be the same without him, we could feel part of the community for some hours. He’s an amazing young guide with great english by the way!

Pooja was amazing friendly. She was waiting for me when I was late and I got a single tour. She told me everything about Dharavi and I felt very comfortable with her going through the place. Pooja has a good way of humor - a bit sarcastic but I loved it. Just do the tour with her. You will love it.

Our guide Poojs was excellent explaining the recycling work in one district where plastics from automobiles and other sources are broken down into usable plastics pellets to make other plastic products. Pooja was patient as we took many people photos. She also helped us distribute toiletries to the local women and school rulers, candies and t shirts to the local young children.

Great tour! We loved how Varsha shares her experience and knowledge about the slum. We would recommend this to everyone who want to take a deeper look into the life of slums.

We enjoyed this experience visiting Dharavi slumdogs . We had a great time with our guide Bulgi. Unfortunately due to Mumbai immigration delays getting through the gate our tour was cut short but the time we had was well worth it

Sahil was an amazing tour guide. He was so authentic and genuine, as well as very knowledgeable about Mumbai and the slum. He really took his time with us and made sure we saw and did everything we could. He made sure to interrupt for us what the locals were saying. We felt very safe. The experience was once in a lifetime, and one that has a place in my heart. If you get a chance to play cricket with the local kids, do it!

Doing this tour with Pooja was the best decision!! She really knows what she is talking about! Ashe is not learning a “script” to be shared… she feels proud to share with you about her community. While doing the tour with her I met Teo other friends who used a different tour operator and at the end they told me they had just seen two streets and their experience was not comparable to the one we had. I give her 12 out of 10!! Thank you Pooja! Great job!! It was awesome!
