Pam was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable, engaging and thoughtful. Bernie did a great job navigating. I would highly recommend her.

Our request to know about the culture, history, and even how locals lived were all accomplished within the 8-hour tour. Gee Soo was really amazing and accommodating. He took us from the north (sembawang and kranji war memorial park) down to the south (all the famous cities up to passing by mt. Faber). His tandem with Uncle Bernie was so efficient. Words cannot fully describe my family's appreciation to this tour group and our tour guide for fulfilling our wishlist. Because of our shared heritage, Gee Soo felt more like a local friend taking us on a customized tour. He also allowed us to see his nice home with a scenic view over Malaysia and even sent us off towards Sentosa boardwalk via Vivocity. Truly an amazing person with a broad range of skills. Through this tour, we saw a deeper glimpse of Singapore that ordinary touristy tours will not provide. If I could give a higher score than 5 stars, I'd give double or even triple this score. It was really that good! The heat was a little difficult but the company made it worth it. Once again, thank you so much Hello! Tours. This will not be our only visit back to Singapore. Su Ling is a phenomenal tour guide! She is very charming, informative and accommodating. We had limited time in Singapore and she made sure we hit all the highlights and taught us a great deal about the culture & history of this amazing city! Su Ling went above and beyond to ensure our tour was satisfactory. It was all that and more!

We had a wonderful finish to our two day Singapore visit with a 6 hour tour with Su Ling. With help designing our tour, to its execution, it was perfect. We explored some of the neighborhoods such as Chinatown, Little India. and the Muslim Quarter, tried foods, explored outdoor markets and spent some time at the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest in Gardens by the Bay. Su Ling was informative and engaging, and took pictures along the way which are a great memory for us. All in all, I would recommend this tour whole heartily.

We traveled with Hello Singapore. They sent us the name of our guide so we could contact him with our desired itinerary. He never responded. When we arrived we had a new guide who we had not corresponded with and she had not planned any of our "ticketed timed events because she did not know what we wanted to do", We had to pay for all our ticketed events and stand in line, like Orchid Garden and Marina Sands sky park. We thought these tickets were included.

My friend and I enjoyed the tour. Gee Soo (our guide) shared cool stories, trivias, and photos which made the trip more fun and educational. The tour was flexible and really enjoyable, I personally would book them again when I come back to Singapore 😊

Richard, our guide was excellent and well informed on Singapore. Being a private group of 3, we were able to compose our own interests with his suggestions. This is the best way to see the city.

5 hour tour with Kwang Wei. We only had one whole day in Singapore at the end of a 15 day tour in SE Asia so wanted to see the highlights of Singapore. Kwang picked us up from our hotel lobby and we were guided around the Supertree Observatory, the Flower Dome, Little India and Chinatown. Kwang’s knowledge and passion for the city were obvious and we were able to get some good photos with his suggestions. Highly recommended if you have a limited time in the city.

We had such a great time on this tour. We left on the tour the morning we arrived in Singapore and it was such a great way to see the city and all the highlights. We learned to much and we really enjoyed our tour guide, Pamela. She was knowledgeable, kind, and kept a really great pace that allowed us to see and learn so much. Thanks Pamela!

Great guide. He knew all the flowers at the orchid garden. This was the tour highlight and was where we most wanted to go.

In advance of my travel to Singapore, I made arrangements with Hello Singapore for a full-day private tour. In my initial contacts with them, they were very easy to work with in terms of setting a tour agenda. I was given the opportunity to describe the places I was most interested in seeing, and then Hello Singapore proposed a tour plan that exactly matched my interests. They emphasized that they were very flexible if I wanted to make any changes, which I appreciated. When the day for the tour arrived, the tour itself was excellent! My tour guide Gee Soo and driver Bernard really did a wonderful job. With Gee Soo's extensive knowledge concerning Singapore and enthusiasm for the tour, I learned a great deal about Singapore, and really enjoyed the day. I appreciated that Gee Soo and Bernard did all they could to make sure I saw everything I wanted to see that day. Gee Soo was also helpful in taking photos during the day, and sending me a list after the tour of all the places we had visited. I would highly recommend Hello Singapore, Gee Soo and Bernard to anyone interested in having a tour of Singapore!

With only one day to see Singapore prior to embarking on a SE Asia Cruise we chose this tour and hoped for the best. I am happy to say we got the best! Our guide, Su Ling, met us at our hotel right on time and in 4 hours gave us a great taste of this very fascinating city. She came with a planned itinerary which more that met our expectations. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone with only one day to see Singapore.

The tour started off fairly well, the driver helped take pictures and let us off at a couple of sites. But we went to the Sands at 2:10 pm (halfway through) the tour for a quick drink. Texted driver at 2:25 to pick us up and received no response until 3:05 pm. He then took us back to the hotel. Four hour tour stopped for good half way through. I thought to myself that maybe the driver would make amends to taking a side toll during our tour, but he said nothing. Just drove us back to hotel. Clearly I would not recommend

Su Ling was an excellent, experienced guide to all we wanted to see and many places we didn’t know we wanted to see. She was absolutely accommodating to our every wish. She listened to our thoughts and made everything come together perfectly. We would never seen and experienced so much of Singapore without Su Ling. She was fun and very knowledgeable, and she answered all our questions about Singapore in general and specific areas in which we were interested. Highly, highly recommend Su Ling and Hello!Singapore. And we cannot forget Bernie, our driver who would appear out of nowhere to transport us to our next place of interest.
