We had an amazing cooking experience with Theresa! She was extremely accommodating with our dietary needs (vegetarian) and modified the recipes accordingly! She even sent us the recipes after the class was over! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!!

Teresa was a fabulous tour guide! She is very knowledgeable and friendly. The wet market was very interesting and we were able to buy some traditional enamelware that we had been looking for. The cooking class was wonderful! Teresa was very patient and a great teacher. We enjoyed cooking and eating all the dishes we learnt. We would definitely recommend doing this tour. Mr Zhou, our driver, is an excellent driver! It is the 2nd time he has driven us. He is very friendly and calm. He is a superb driver!

I would give Teresa 6 stars if I could. Her knowledge was enlightening for someone like me, who literally came to Chengdu for the food. She was super professional, patient (we ended up doing serious spice shopping at the wet market), but most importantly she was fun. We could not stop talking about food. I strongly recommend her, and the tour.

Great tour from start to finish. Exploring the local market was fascinating and the cooking class was so much fun. Our guide was so knowledgeable and made our experience really enjoyable. I highly recommend this to any food-lovers.

We had a great time with Lucy! She is enthusiastic and knowledge and helpful! We enjoyed the tour of the wet market and some vegetable andfruits I never see before. Lucy was helpful during our cooking class and we enjoyed a delicious meal with after our class! And we got recipes from U2panda so we can continue to practice our new skills at home!

Cecile was the perfect host. First we visited the market where Cecile talked us through all of the produce, gave us tasters and explained how it worked. The cooking class was such good fun. Cecile gave us clear instructions, we laughed a lot and cooked some incredible food. I’d recommend this experience and really rate Cecile’s experience. We all felt comfortable with her and enjoyed getting to know her throughout.

We had a cooking class with Cecile and her colleagues to learn to make smash cucumber salad, dumplings, kung pao chicken, and fried noodles. The tour of the local market and the cooking class were so fun! Even my niece and nephew who are 8 and 5 years old really enjoyed it.

U2Panda made our 1 day in Chengdu(!) a fantastic time. We had taken the 1 day Panda+Cooking; my familly, including the kids (16, 13, and 8 years old) all loved both activities. We highly recommend the cooking session (which actually starts with the visit of a local market): this has been a fantastic experience for all of us; the kids loved being active and having to prepare their own diner, instead of "just" visiting another place. Our guide, Charles, was very nice, and gave us many info about the city, the pandas, the cooking style, etc which greatly enriched the experience. U2Panda seem to offer a broad range of activities & site seeing for all poeple looking for more than just a basic "pick-up service with drop-off close to touristic places". My advice: tell them what you like (activities, sport, etc), and they'll find you something extra-ordinary. Highly-recommended!

We enjoyed the tour of the wet market and the restaurant we had our lesson in was just lovely and owned by a very amazing young lady with beautiful design ideas. A colleague and I had an absolute blast hanging out with Cecile. She was very accommodating. The restaurant was beautiful and our class brought the attention of the locals. We prepared 4 dishes and enjoyed them with some to take home. I would highly recommend.

This morning was wonderful with Cecile. First we visit a local wet market where I have found Sichuan pepper to bring back to France, very good and powerful taste. After we get to a beautiful restaurant in a calme place and we met the chief. We enjoy cooking dumplings, chicken... With the chief and the help of Cecile for Chinese translation. At the end the food we made was very good. Few days after coming back to France I could easily made other dumplings (I love it) thanks to the recipes you gave me. It was perfect.

This has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had. From the booking, throughout the tour and right to the drop off was superb. The visit to the wet market was an experience to remember. It takes you back to times gone by. Forget about store bought products - this is the way to shop for fresh produce. I have often bought Chinese vegetables, not knowing what they are and often using incorrectly. Happily I now have the correct information and my cooking should be highly improved. As for the cooking lesson.... That was perfection and inspirational all by itself. From the novice to the designated chef in the house will benefit from this. Being taught by a professional chef enhances the experience and makes the experience educational. I am surprised, delighted and grateful that all our food turned out perfectly and we enjoyed a great Chinese meal. As for our guide, he was professional, friendly, highly knowledgeable and his love for his job, country, culture and traditions is infectious. As is the case with most exceptional tour guides, we became friends through the experience and we hope to welcome him in our own country soon. I will not only recommend u2panda but will ensure that everyone I know uses this company for all experiences in Chengdu. Thank you Charles and u2panda for an experience to remember.

過了一個很開心的下午。Teresa 先帶我們去市場買一些配料，很仔細的介紹每一個配料、調味料。 學了四道川菜，聽完Teresa 的講解，複雜的菜都變得簡單了。以前不會煮飯的，現在都能成功煮到麻婆豆腐跟辣子雞。

這個cooking class 很好玩，對於只有普通烹飪經驗的人來說也可以應付得來。參觀菜市場時，介紹了各種四川特式調味，我們還買了好多辣椒回家 hahaa。烹飪的地方好整潔。最後當然要謝謝我們的Chief Teresa Chow 非常用心、細心、有又有耐性地教導我們，同時亦很盡力地協助我們去完成了4度川菜：辣子雞丁、麻婆豆腐、手拍青瓜、涼伴面，非常有成功感，這個體驗值得推薦給大家。

普通の観光ツアーではまず行けない、市民の皆さんが利用する市場の散策は楽しかったです、思わず買い物もしてしまいました。調理体験も親切なスタッフの適切なアドバイスで無事終了、試食も美味しくいただけました。チャンスが有れば次回も必ず参加したいオプションです。
