Even though was a rainy day, it did not affect this great experience, we had fun. Shanghai is fun to visit, and I wish I could spend more time exploring. So after this tour, I would say go back to the place you visited but at night and spend more time in the place that you like. Feifei, our beautiful tour guide was the most engaging, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and patient guide we have ever had. Not only did she have amazing recommendations, she had a genuine interest in us and a clear passion for the locations and history. She is a priceless person and the ultimate guide.

She went above and beyond in making sure we had an enjoyable experience and was incredibly knowledgeable regarding all of the stops that we hit. Had a fantastic day with our guide Freya. She and our driver took great care of us as we packed in as many sights of Shanghai as we could in a day. Freya customised the trip to our needs as we went and shared all her knowledge on this amazing city. Lunch was fantastic as well with dishes chosen with Freya's guidance at a local restaurant and everything was very good. Hight reccomend this tour!

We highly recommend the tour wird sunny Tour. Our guide Feifei was exzellent, she nearly spoke live a native english and her knowledge about Shanghai was brillant. We could not want for a better guide. She also was friendly answered all our questions with experience and know how. Sie took US to an excellent chinese restaurant to get very good typical chinese food. Sie wasxdefinitly ohne of the best guides we 3ver hat and we travel a lot. So we give 5+ Stars.

We had the best personal experience with Fei Fei and her driver for the full day tour. Before the tour started - we interacted by WhatsApp to coordinate details on custom agenda. The tall buildings were out due to cloudy weather, and she was right that it was not a good investment of time and money to see clouds. She was on-time with her driver and a large van for all of us 6. Maximum convenience was provided. We did the classic sites - (largest Buddhist temple, YuYuan classical garden, the Bund, , and in the afternoon, my wife and the girls wanted shopping. Fei Fei took us to local marketplaces for clothes and bag (which are never listed in the tourist sites) which kept them happy. Her knowledge on all the sites and its history was impressive - and her English is up to American standards. All in all, I highly recommend Fei Fei and this tour guide company !

I had a wonderful day with a private tour guide in Shanghai! We went through the places on my lists, get to spent time to explore the local restaurants and shopping alleys. Will do it again next time when I’m in Shanghai.

My husband and I had a wonderful day around Shanghai, a city worth to visit. Our guide Sarah spoke very good german. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She told us many stories and showed us the most important sightseeing places.

We have done many private tours through Viator, almost all terrific, and this was the best yet. Annie is a real gem. Her English is perfect, and she is fun, funny, smart, and a great guide. She took us everywhere we discussed, including for a really terrific lunch. What a memorable day!

We travel all over the world and this is one of the best private tours we’ve had for just two of us. Kalvin was excellent. He picked us up at our cruise terminal right on time and customize a tour to our liking to show us the highlights of the city. His knowledge of the history of Shanghai was exceptional. A tour of the famous garden house he knew the history of everything inside and explained it to us so well. His English is exceptional also. We did a crowded ships tour the day before which was awful and wished we had hired Kalvin for the full two days. Thank you, Kalvin and Sunny for a wonderful experience Kent

It has been a fantastic trip with our guide Sarah, who did an excellent job! We were a group of 6 people - the car transport has been comfortable for all of us. We had sufficient time to see all interesting places on our list. Sarah organized a perfect lunch for us in a nice restaurant and at one temple she shows all of us how to do the ceremony. There has been no time pressure. We recommend this tour to everyone. Sunny tours have been extremely good in conversation & organization - a perfect tour management. One of our group is not an english speaker and it has been agreed to get only an english speaking guide (so we want than help for the one not understanding) - but as a surprise Sunny organized a german speaking guide and all of us have been very relaxed in conservation then. I think that 10 stars would be a more apt rating. Ruby was not only an amazing tour guide, but by the end of the tour, she becomes your good friend. It was an emotional end to a tour, which rarely happens. She took us to all the “can’t miss” spots, and gave us lots of historical information. Should you have the opportunity to spend some time in Shanghai, do not miss this opportunity with Ruby.

What an experience discovering Shanghai from Ruby’s hand. We were able to appreciate how locals live and experience their daily lives. We learnt about Shanghai’s origins and history as we walk through the different concession areas of the city. We also visited the Shanghai history museum, where we were able to appreciate part of the city’s history. The Jade Buddha temple was impressive, a great combination of craftsmanship and spirituality. We ended the day with a well deserved local lunch, a visit to the Yu gardens, and some great shopping. Thank you Ruby for such a great experience!
