Great experience and lots of fun. Guide was great. Fun way to see South Beach. Wish we had done this sooner in our trip.

Private tour is the way to go. It was just our family. My 12 year old daughter had the best time. My wife who was hesitant also had a great time. Michael was a fabulous tour guide. The segways are easy to learn and fun to use. Pickup and drop off was close to our hotel so we could walk over to meet him.

As UK senior citizens, we were rather nervous about embarking on a Segway tour. So, when I saw 'private' tour, i was immediately interested, and we both had a tremendous time! Michael was friendly, professional and patient, in ensuring our confidence and balance to ride... We were fortunate in booking 8am on a Sunday slot, which meant so much more freedom in gazing around us, in amazement. The freedom of wind in our faces, and the ground we covered was memorable (6-7 miles, Michael thought), and we had TIME to look around us; not too concerned about traffic and noise. Michael knowledgeable and cool-headed. We have lovely memories!

We signed up for a private family Segway tour with our 10 year-old son. Mike, our guide, was pleasant and professional. He calmly & patiently showed our son how to ride a Segway (kids catch on so quickly). I was originally concerned about the roadways and traffic in Miami... but Mike took us on a safe (and mostly quiet) route, and he was very cautious as we crossed intersections with our son. We had a blast! Would definitely do it again. Keep in mind - helmets are not provided. We brought our own:)

Mike's years of experience in the area show through in his stories and history. Great fun, and the best part of the Segway is how much area you can cover in a short amount of time. We try to Segway wherever we can on trips, and this was another terrific tour. Great stories, fun taking a turn on Mike's fancier hands-free Segway. With just us on the tour, much easier/better than single file lines with larger groups or having to wear headsets to hear. Recommend!

Mike is very good and knowledgeable.. This was the first time on a Segway for myself and my son. And I am a very cautious person by nature so took my time getting comfortable:) But Mike was very patient and yet kept pushing me to do it, which was perfect. We saw the sights in comfort, much nicer than walking.. would recommend doing this early in the morning, since traffic is less and the heat is bearable.

Overall, it was a lot of fun and Mike was really helpful in both area info and in teaching us how to ride (especially me who, though I had a strong core and had been cleared by my doc, have general balance/klutzy issues and had just recently had abdominal surgery). The one thing I would say is that it wasn't worth the $200 for my boyfriend and I to take this tour - seemed short, but maybe it was cut short by the tropical storm coming in, not sure. But it was a private tour for only the 2 of us and the locale is in an expensive part of Miami, so maybe that is the justification for the high cost?

This was a good activity for us as we wanted an introduction to the area and had some time before our flight. Michael was super friendly, laid back, and easy to follow on the Segways. He pointed out various highlights of South Beach and made sure we had good photo ops. This is a fun way to spend a couple hrs (the actual ride was about an hour) and see the local sights in a unique way. My daughter said it was the highlight of our vacation!

This private tour is the fun way to tour south beach with Segway and learn about the history. Strongly recommended if you have little kids.

This was such an awesome time, we decided to do the Hollywood tour the next day. Michael is a very easy guy to chat with. Conversation flows very easily. Super interesting and fun. You won't regret booking this tour.

This is the BEST Segway Tour in Miami!!! Michael is a fantastic and fun tour guide! My family had a great time buzzing around South Beach this way! Excellent way to see a lot!!

I apologize that this review is so late in coming. Our tour was in November of 2021. Let me start by saying that Michael provided us such an amazing Segway adventure even though mother nature wasn't cooperating (it was pouring rain!). We had such a blast! And even though one of our Segway's broke down after traveling through a puddle, Michael made sure that our experience would go on. He coaxed the staff at a popular beach tiki bar to open early so we can enjoy a few drinks while he headed back to his truck to get another. At the end of our tour he had us each test out his handlebar-less Segway. Even though a few of us were a bit hesitant he was extremely patient. It was such an awesome and freeing experience. I highly recommend this private tour. It is so worth it. Thank you Michael for making what could have been a drab vacation day so very awesome!

Michael is very knowledgeable and lead the way with fun stories and interesting information in addition to constantly checking over his shoulder to make sure we are doing okay and are comfortable on the Segway. If you are looking for something fun to do in South Beach for all ages, this is for you! It's a private tour so you can just be your own group. We were three and had a blast. Michael is patient and makes sure everyone is comfortable. He talks about the history of the area while riding around and he is your very own photographer so no selfies needed on this tour. It's also really fun to try out the hands free segway.
