We had such a great boat day! We were on a bachelorette weekend and it was amazing. Such a wonderful day, kind staff, and great views!

So attentive and experienced!! Kind, polite, went above and beyond. They somehow knew when our drinks were empty and always there to refill. The drinks they mixed were so so good too!!

Roberto and Jorge did a great job! We had so much fun! We were a group of 14 for a bachelor/bachelorette party and this was the perfect size ship. We had so much fun swimming and we upgraded to get a floating mat which I recommend.

Will NEVER book with Viator again. The crew on the boat I would like to say first were very nice and tried to make up for the lack of communication provided by the reception lady. We arrived and it was a little windy. She proceeds to tell us as we are walking to the boat “it’s a little bit dangerous to go to isla but can go if like, but a little bit dangerous” We opted to go because that is what we paid for is to go to isla, snorkel and go the beach there. We are 5 minutes out and the crew ask if we just want to swim right here or pay more and go into town and shop. Uh no? He proceeds to tell us that the port/beach is closed and there will be no snorkeling due to the weather. We were NEVER told this prior to leaving and now all they want to do is argue with us that we were told us. I have requested a partial refund and have been denied because “I knew the weather was bad and would not be able to snorkel”. May I say too there was 5 of us and not a single person heard her say we wouldn’t be able to snorkel but according to Mark with viator service we are all just liars and were told. Apparently, they don’t want to believe their customers and can continue to get poor reviews then. Will say again the crew on the boat tried to make up for the lies given to us but it still was not worth at all what we paid for this 4 hours trip. We drove to isla, swam for 10 minutes then drove back slowly so they could fish on way back. Stopped at an area to see fish but there were no fish and came back. The food also that we paid 110$ for was good but cold. I feel like if you’re paying $55 for a mexican tray (3 sopas, 6 taquitos, and quesdilla) of food it should be warm.

My experience was great, everyone was professional and it was decorated beautiful. I love how they decorated the yacht for my husband 50th birthday.

Amazing ride!! Great food and good tour highly recommend to book this boat for a few hours and then hop in the sea!

We definitely wanted to book with a company that would make things easy and that’s exactly what these folks did. I contacted them through ‎WhatsApp and within seconds they replied. We had everything set up within 30 minutes. I will use them the next time I’m back in town.

This experience was so much fun. Me and my small group of friends were able to privately sail to isla mujeres. On our trip over we rode the jet skis, snorkeled, and had some awesome drinks. I will definitely book again when I come back 🧡

Everything was fun and amazing! Snorkeling on Isla with TONS of fish. There was more than enough room for my group of 6, crew was very kind and accommodating.

Long story short: We had an absolute blast. The captain and his assistant were very accommodating and made our trip worthwhile
