Guide was pleasant and answered any questions we had about Jamaica plus he also gave us some history. Felt safe the whole 1.5 hour ride from Montego Bay airport to Negril. Very appreciative and would use them again.

If you are heading to any of the Negril hotels or around the area- book with these guys!! The pickup from the airport went incredibly smoothly and they were ready for us as soon as we landed! The pickup from the hotel was also seamless and our driver was even there early! Shoutout to Glen for the best ride and some nice history of Jamaica on the way. I would 10/10 recommend booking with Jamaica native tours.

This is an excellent company from the service to the communication to the punctuality. The drivers are friendly, they came exactly at the scheduled time, and they respond very quickly to any messages you send if you have a question. I have zero complaints and will definitely book with them again if or when I go back to Jamaica.

We had a great experience with our Viator private transport. Open arrival, it was easy to locate the Viator representative at the airport and quickly get on the road. We were able to stop upon request for lunch after a long day's travel at a local and very good restaurant to get our first fix of real Jamaican Jerk Chicken! Driving on the Jamaican roads can be quite scary (small roads, fast drivers, lost of curves and hills, and even looking out for goats and cows along with roadways!), but both drivers on Day 1 and for the return trip to the airport were careful, courteous, and made sure that we felt safe. Other tour drivers from other companies...NOT so careful! YIKES! I would highly recommend the Viator private ride to anyone visiting Jamaica!

Driver was great…but the company was not prepared for our arrival. We had to wait for our vehicle. I had to ask repeatedly about the status of our vehicle. Keep in mind we’re waiting outside where it’s hot. I finally stated that I would be finding alternate transportation. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Our driver, Damien, showed us a great time during our ride from Montego Bay to Negril. He pointed out local landmarks and stopped for photo opportunities along the way. The air conditioning was perfect also. I would recommend the private airport transfer versus a bus for long rides over an hour. Ya Mon!
