Luis Roberto Moralis was excellent. I got stuck in customs with 4 customs and two police officers on a mistaken identity issue and the airlines lost our luggage. We were delayed over three hours and he waited patiently. He drove us to the hotel at 11 pm and was there at 5:30 am waiting to take us to the airport. He gave us options on our pick up and payment. My wife was frazzled after the customs and police incident and he calmed her nerves. Excellent guy.

Marco picked us up from the airport and was courteous and helpful. The car was comfortable and air conditioned. He helped us with the bags too and from the car at either end of the trip. Highly recommended.

Luis was amazing. It was my first time visiting Panama. Luis greeted me at the airport with a sign that had my name on it, he communicated with me the entire time via text to ensure we connected, and while driving me to the resort where I was staying he provided education about Panama. He even slowed down a little and let down the window for me to take as many pictures as I wanted. I am booking through his company for all future visits. His van seats I believe 7 or 8. Was a really smooth ride with VIP Experience. It was great that he tracked my flight to know when we arrived.
