Confusion exists when walking out of the airport. My name was on a sign so I was at ease. I was walked to my van. I appreciated the organization

Good experience overall. Company is really responsive on WhatsApp during working hours. Driver was really kind and safe. Drinks were provided as per our order. Only small issues were we didn't receive an email confirmation after booking. Then our flight was a bit early and collecting baggage/immigration was really quick so we had to wait outside for about 10 mins or so for our driver in quite a confusing environment! We tried calling but didn't get an answer because it was late at night. However the instructions provided were clear and we spotted the van when it pulled in so walked over to it.

Rodas was our driver, he was very helpful with our luggage and helped us with the childseat. We Highly recommend using this service.

We had an early morning flight requiring us to leave our hotel at 5:30 am. Alejandro Rodas, the driver, arrived on time, helped us with our suitcase, and got us to the airport safely. The van was clean and the AC kept us cool.

Our transport experience was great. TCS was waiting for us outside the airport and were friendly and professional. The van was clean and comfortable. Our driver Rodas was very nice.

This was our second time using TCS. They have been prompt courteous and,reasonable. On this trip, we had lots of fun with Michel as he tried to teach us a little Spanish.

Humberto was amazing!! We were stuck in traffic for about 5 hours because of a protest on the highway going to the airport. He was incredibly patient and great to talk to, and even let us borrow his own cellphone to book a hotel because our US phones weren’t getting service. Highly highly recommend!!
