Our tour guide Chiao Chiao was amazing! She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about all of the sites we visited, and more than happy to answer all of our questions. She picked us up at our hotel right on time and her vehicle was super comfortable. She provided service above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend her if you are looking for a great introduction to the city. A++

We had an awesome experience. We had visited several itinerary items already so we asked our driver to make up a good tour for us. He did a great job of coming up with an evening. We went to a Dao temple. His knowledge of the temple and the stories told in the tapestries and decorations was excellent. Then we went to an upscale shopping district. Finally he took us to the night market. While there he pointed out all the famous and highly rated food stalls.

The weather turned against us (very wet) and the Friday night travel slowed us down but our guide Ted did his best to show us the sites at night. The Elephant Hill section was missed off due to the weather although tour description did not make it clear that it involved trekking up the hillside. We would not have booked this if we had realised the latter was involved.

Overall great tour. The guide Cipher did amazing accommodating 4 children and 3 adults. She was very helpful and insightful at every spot. The van was equipped with water for all. Tour included Great local food locations.

The Baoan Temple lives up to its World Heritage status. Such beautiful and meaningful architecture. Other parts of the tour was really touch and go. Could be due to the fact that our pick-up and drop-off point was in New Taipei City, where much time was lost commuting. Suggest 6 hours starting at 4.30 pm is more decent time to cover the itinerary.

Our private night tour of Taiwan was made even better because of our guide - Mr. Hicks Wang. He was jolly, good in the English language, and was also a good photographer. We felt safe the whole time we were with him.

We really enjoyed this tour! Our guide, Hicks, was great. He took good care of us and allowed us to take extra time when we wanted. We saw a lot more than we could possibly have done on our own. Private tours are so much better because we can move on the moment we want to and stay longer at our favorite sites. The night tour was a good choice. It's easier to walk around after the sun is down and it's cooler. Plus the city looks fantastic at night. We ran late and our guide didn't ask for any overtime. (We tipped well all the same) An excellent tour and an excellent guide!

We had a great time with an excellent tour guide! He took us to see terrific "touristy" sites, along with some "local flair" thrown in. Highly recommended!

Brilliant tour for anyone with limited time to see some of Taipei's attractions. Jack the travel guide was faultless, full of interesting information and facts about Taipei and Taiwan in general. His English is very good and he done a fantastic job. Both the Dalongdong Baoan Temple and the national Memorial hall were very interesting, and the views of Taipei City at night from elephant mountain trail were amazing! Thank you Jack!

Its the best short tour for Taipei. If you have little time in city and want to explore few important sites then this tour I would recommend. We were picked by Henry and he was very good, knowlegable and made sure we have memorable time. We visited in total 4 sites and all important and beautiful sites.

Had a grand time with our private night tour. Jack who was our driver cum tour guide was great! He also took nice pictures of us. My favorite was the hike at the Elephant Mountain! It was not an easy climb but he accompanied us to the top without hesitation. Tour at Yongkang St was great as well. We were able to try the beef noodles at Yongkang Beef Noodle which I’ve been dying to try. Same with the mango shaved ice at Smoothie House and the light oolong milk tea at 50 Lan 50.

We got to our hotel mid in the afternoon on our first day. Since we are on a time crunch to see as much as we can, we booked this tour as our "crash course" to the Taipei culture. Our guide, Ms. Michelle took us to one of the big temples in Taipei. She explained to us the belief and religion in the area and how important it was to the people. Took us to the Chiankai Shek memorial, and other infrastructures in the area. To top it all off, we had one of the best beef noodle soups and a glass of the famous bubble milk tea. We were even able to purchase some local fruits, thanks to our guide, in the night market. This tour is highly recommended as the first tour any traveler should take.

Great tour. We didnt have much time. But the tour guide showed us Taipei. We got dinner and the food was amazing.

This was a great tour.. perfect if you only have 1 night to see as much as possible and take in some beautiful sights of Taipei as well as some great facts and history!! My guide Lawson was fantastic and he's very passionate about showing you the best that Taipei has to offer.

Lawson was an excellent guide and appreciated him accepting a last minute booking and learn/see some sights in the city that are illuminated at night. I was able to grab some great Instagram/social media worthy pics as well!

Amazing!
The temple is Intricately Detailed, the temple was peaceful with very few visitors when we arrived.
We were able to take our time inspecting the beautiful intricacies of the temple design in near silence, our guide Lawson is also fantastic. Highly recommended!

The illuminated night in Taipei is amazing, the tour guide is also very nice. He gave us plenty of information about Taiwan. The temple is stunning and peaceful, we enjoyed the bubble tea he offered and even hike the elephant mountain, nice city view over there. excellent experience!
