What a wonderful day we had climbing Mount Batur! Our driver Wira was fantastic and so punctual! Our hike to watch the sunset was magic and our guide Ketut was fantastic and took sensational photos for us. We loved visiting the hot springs and coffee plantation too. Highly recommend this day trip to anyone keen to explore this beautiful part of Bali!

Me and my friends did the mount Batur trek with Bali Trekking tour… It was amazing!! Wira our driver was great and his Dad was the perfect tour guide up and the down mountain. I highly recommend the trip!

We booked onto the Group tour as a 2, but were collected in a private transfer and ended up with a guide just for us, which made the experience even better. Our guide I Ketut Let Tana was amazing and expertly guided us up the mountain. We learned so much and really enjoyed the breakfast he provided. He even took us to all the best photo spots and was our personal photographer - lovely guy. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do the Mount Batur trek. Good value, seamless logistics and felt very personalised. Thank you!

The tour was beautiful from beginning to end! My driver Putu was great, on time for the pick up, nice and friendly and very helpful with sharing his knowledge about Bali. We chatted the entire drive and I really enjoyed his company. I did this tour by myself and I felt very safe and respected. The hike of Mount Batur was really fun to do in the night under the stars and the view of the sunrise was incredible. My guide (Cahyadi) was very nice and experienced, and I enjoyed his company. The hotspring was a nice way to relax after the hike. We arrived early and avoided the crowd. I highly recommend this tour, I booked it in advance from my country and wasn’t sure what to expect but everything went really smoothly and the experience was beyond my expectations 🙂

the driver was perfectly on time and eventhough it was only 2.30 in the morning he was wonderful! such a kind and nice guy who drove us around the whole day, very good company :)) when we arrived at the base camp we met our guide Gunawa, the funniest guy hahah, he was so supportive and kind and made our hike up de vulcano very pleasant. he is also a very good photographer! i’m sure you’ll come back after this trip with a camerarol full of instagram worthy pics! we were thinking of skipping the coffee plantation because we were so tired but do not!! it was surprisingly nice, even if u don’t like coffee there were diverse tea options that were also really good 😊

Well worth the early wakeup! Driver Agus was punctual and super nice and our guide Kiki was awesome! Highly recommend, if you are lucky enough to get clear views it is pretty spectacular

We got picked up from the hotel in Ubud at 2.30, which all ran very smoothly. We met our guide (Putu) at the meet point and he was very friendly. We got given waters and there was an offer of tea or coffee before setting off. Putu was so helpful and put our mind at ease throughout the whole treck. On arrival at the summit, Putu made us some breakfast and showed off his impressive photography skills. The treck itself was trickier than expected as it really is a sharp incline but if you are moderately fit then you will be absolutely fine. The view from the top is certainly worth it! Thank you for helping us to experience this view in person!

I went with my friend and though it was cloudy/foggy and we missed the sunrise (I recommend not going on a hot day after the rain), we saw great views on the way down and the steam from the valcano was really cool. Our guide Putu was so kind and friendly and took many pictures for us, and shared about the mountain and culture. We also got a hot drink when we arrived at our starting point and some sweet crackers which was so nice. Wira, our driver was very friendly and we got to know him as we drove around in the day. We felt very safe with them both. The coffee plantation was better than we excpected and we would definitely recommend not skipping it. We were short on time as we needed to check out and Wira helped make sure everything worked out and we were on time. Thanks Putu and Wira for a fantastic day!

This was an amazing tour onto Mt Batur! We didn't want to do the early sunrise hike, so we asked if we can do the tour at mid-day. They said it's no problem. The driver picked us up from our hotel at 8:30 am. We drove up the mountainside for 2h. Took a quick stop on the viewing platform of the outer caldera to take some pictures. Then we went down to the village inside the caldera. From there, we did the hike up onto the inner crater. We had a young girl from a local village as our hiking guide. She told us a lot about the life on the volcano. It was very interesting. Both the driver and the guide spoke great English. They were both super friendly and helpful. On top of the mountain, we cooked some eggs on the hot steam of the active volcano, had some other snacks and enjoyed the views. After that, we hiked back down. Walking through the village on the bottom is also interesting, because you can see how they grow spring onions, chilies and other vegetables. All in all, this was a fascinating experience! Would highly recommend!

This was well worth the early wake up. Our driver communicsted with us the night before to confirm pickup and was there on time. We got to base camp and warmed up with a hot drink before being introduced to our guide. Once we were ready we set off, there was no oressure to rush and he was very friendly and told us lots about the trek and surrounding area. We could stop for rests when needed and once at the top our guide found us a great spot to settle down and watch the sunrise. We received a nice big breakfast of banana and egg sandwiches and fruit and other snacks. Once the sun was up our guide escorted us around the walks and made sure we had lots of photos and videos taken, suggesting shots and angles to use. We chould choose when we were ready to start heading back down the mountain and again this was not rushed. Back to base and then driven back to our accomodation. Will definitely be using this service again.

I am a female solo traveller and I really wanted to see the sunrise from the top of the Mount Batur. I have a medium level of fitness and I would not have been able to get to the end if it was not for the support and the presence of my amazing guide called Gun! He was professional and patient. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish: communication via Whatsapp was reactive and clear, pick up for transfer at my door bang on time, hot beverage and prep before departure, special breakfast made by guide at the top while watching the sun rise... It was great and I really recommend.

I will give a 5star rating to my tour guide Gunawan and driver Agus. They both were extremely, kind friendly and helpful during my Batur hiking trip. Gunawan is a very seasoned guide , and understands the needs of his customer very well. He took care of me throughout the hike by ensuring that i was sufficiently hydrated at regular intervals, also taking breaks as and when i was tired , and also taking pics to capture the whole hiking experience. Agus , my driver , arrived dot on my time for pick-up. He was very friendly ans enaured that i reached base camp on time. All-in-all it was a very good experience. Highly recommended!

We had a great tour with our driver Kadek and guide Putu, both were very knowledgeable and helpful and accommodating for the children. The hike up the mountain was enjoyable and the views fantastic, our children had a great time too.

Had a really fun experience hiking Mount Batur. I found the climb quite challenging, but the view at the top was breathtaking. Our driver told us a lot about Bali during our 1 hour drive to the foot of the mountain. Our guide Mr. Putu was the sweetest. He made sure to slow down a little when he saw us struggling to keep up the pace. He was so eager to make sure we had the best view and experienced. ♥️

The trip was exciting! So much that it was more then what I expected and gave me a new outlook on all of Bali and it’s people. Kadek Agus was an excellent driver to and from our trip, providing us with plenty things about Bali and being so kind and generous. Kadek Agus was also a great listener and could fluently speak English really well. I hope to come back to Bali again and go on another trip with him soon😃
