Visit of Arab-Norman town Monreale, with its amazing view panoramic overlooking the famous Conca d Oro and entire city of Palermo. In this town the art and architecture reached the pinnacle of its glory with the Dome launched in 1174 by William II and represent the scene from the Old and New Testaments all in golden mosaics.
Visit of Cefalù, the town is one of the major tourist attractions in the region and every year it attracts thousands of tourists from all parts of the world, in summer the population can triple, making the main streets in the country crowded. So there is then a youthful atmosphere and a lively nightlife.
Visit of Castelbuono, the construction of its Castle began in 1316, by order of Count Francesco I of Ventimiglia, over the ruins of the ancient Byzantine town of Ypsigro, Hence its original name, Castello del buon aere (Castle of good air).

Ho fatto quest'esperienza con mio marito. Auto comodissima, l'autista puntuale nonostante Palermo fosse bloccata per la maratona. Molto gentile e disponibile, alla fine del tour ci ha accontentato portandoci anche a Mondello. Veramente consigliato.

We had a wonderful time being driven to some of the beautiful sights and historical places of interest in Sicily. The duomo in Monreale is a masterpiece, representing the merging of diverse cultures; the story of the Castello di Castelbuono and the significance both it and the relics of Saint Anna have today are evident in the pride of its inhabitants; and finally the bastion at Cefalu provides a stunning view of the coast. Giovanni was a great guide through all of these and provided us with interesting and relevant information during the day. Recommend this tour to see some highlights in comfort and style!

We had originally had expected to rent a car, but when that did not work out, we started looking for tours. Giovanni picked us up near our apartment and delivered us to Monreale's cathedral (incredible Byzantine mosaics), the castle in Castlebuono, and then the seaside town of Cefalu, where the cathedral was closed. He was punctual, safe and polite, and knew enough about each to make it all interesting.

Wir sind mit dem Zug von Palermo nach Cefalu gefahren, in 55 min ist man dort, ohne Fahrstress und lästige Parkplatzsuche. Zum bummeln durch schmale Gassen, richtig schön.

Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience. The hefty $380 price for two would lead most people to believe that this would be a higher end tour; however, the driver (albeit nice) only quietly drove us from one spot to the next and asked us to meet him back in an hour or so at each location. I learned nothing about the towns and still am in shock about the pricetag. Definitely my most disappointing Viator experience yet.

This was a great tour. Giovanni our driver was punctual, very courteous & knowledgeable. What he didn’t know, he found out for us. The car was clean & comfortable. Time spent at each location was fine. We got to each site early enough that it wasn’t crowded. We had enough to to see the sights & relax before moving on to our next location. Very enjoyable way to see Sicilia.

Booked the tour to get a feeling for surrounding areas of Palermo. At Cefalu had lunch by the beach and did some shopping. At the two other sites visited the main attractions. The van was in very good condition. The driver (Domenico) very professional and have us enough time to walk, shop and eat.

Our driver was the best! I think his name was Giovanni (sp?). Pointed out what to see and do. Very relaxing trip with just my husband and I. Did not feel rushed at all and saw everything we needed to. Car was very comfortable!

The driver was a nice guy but he didn’t speak English or Spanish so it was difficult to communicate. However, if you are just looking for a private driver he is good.

パレルモ近郊のプライベートに利用しました。ベンツで、座席も広く快適でした。チャーターのため、時間を好きに選べます。10時にホテルでピックアップ、モントアーレ、カステルブオーノ、チェファルを訪問し、17時頃にホテル迄送迎してもらいました。カステルブオーノのカステルは、昼休みがあるので要注意です。
