Personable tour guide on an insightful journey through Kobe to experience everything we wanted and expected.

Taiga was extremely helpful and tailored our tour to visit places of interest to us. Went to a great Ramen shop for lunch, had some yummy local ice cream and learned a lot about the history and present about the city of Kobe.

We were greeted by our tour Guide-Silva who was very friendly and warming. He walked us around the main areas of Kobe and took us to a very nice garden. He was very insightful and easy to talk to. We had a great lunch togehter and we got a good feel of Kobe in the tour. Overall a great experience and must do if visiting for a short trip.

Deep insight & understanding of a smaller but still vibrant town. Our guide, Silva was extremely knowledgable of the area & will take you behind the scenes of many interesting places with an explanation that is effectively understood & allows you an appreciation from a local perspective.

We spent a day with Ryan, who was an excellent low-key guy focused on helping us do and see whatever we wanted in Kyoto. Our group of four had varying interests and physical limits and Ryan accommodated everyone. His knowledge of the area and its history was very helpful and kept us engaged and wanting to know more.

the sites were great and our tour guide was well informed, communicated with us well and was very interactive with us. Marwan was a great guide!

This was an exceptionally delightful tour! Angelica, our charming guide, provided us with perfect tour - seeing Kobe like a local. Angelica’s knowledge of the main areas and hidden areas gave us a deep appreciation of Kobe. It’s now our favorite city in Japan. We took many, many tours during our trip to Japan, and this one was our very favorite!

Had great day tour of Kyoto with Taiga. He made the day enjoyable and with his knowledge of the area it was easy to get around and see most of the sites in a short period of time. Would highly recommend.

Ryan did a great job on our tour. He was on time and we navigated the train to Kyoto from our cruise ship. We had a limited timeframe since we had to get back to the ship but Ryan made the most of it. He was extremely knowledgeable.

Our tour guide helped ua find our way throughout the city and gave us aome explanations about the places we saw, but the content was a bit ahort / plain. Some long moments in silence where we would've like a bit of context, facts, anecdotes, etc. He also guided us through the rain for several blocks, when we would've taken the metro to the same destination.. quite uncomfortable.

Was a wonderful day in Kobe although it isn't enough a couple of hours to explain all details of this unknown city. Hope it will be longer next time

My most memorable experiences was the ropeway and walking through the herb garden which overlooks the city.

Marcelo was our guide ! He was so friendly an nice . Shown us best things of Kobe. No Rush and open to change itinerary anytime. We had a great experience with him

It was a quick day trip to Kobe, and Hubby took our family to all highlights and hidden gems of the beautiful place that may be possibly done in a day. There's so much to explore with Kobe, but Hubby managed to guide us to the important places, and gave us insights on where to go next. Hubby also has a kind and meek soul that makes tourists at ease and makes the tour even more fun. Kudos to Hubby for doing a spectacular job!

Marou was such a great guy, we had so much in common and he was able to tell us stories and answer questions. We learnt so much more than if we had just been looking around by ourselves.

We had a great time touring Kobe with a great tour guide (Maru)! He took us to lots of great places and had lots of interesting facts to tell us.

Hiroki is exceptionally well travelled & had excellent English.We felt as if we were being taken round by an old friend not a guide,He was knowledgeable & fun & hope he will visit us if he comes to London again.

Guide was flexible and accomodating. Only complaint was the last minute possible cancellation/guide change.

Michelle was our guide and obviously loves Kobe and sharing it. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She made sure that we knew where to meet which is sometimes an issue. She had a plan but was also flexible if there was something we wanted. We had a great time.

Wonderful day in Kobe, Hiroki was very pleasant & friendly. He showed us all the highlights of Kobe. He had an itinerary, but had no problem adjusting the day. He is very knowledgeable about Kobe. We did the six hour tour, word of advice wear good walking shoes.
