Very personal attention the entire day! Spiros connected us to Crete in such a wonderful way. We loved having experiences like locals. The lunch was incredible and in a beautiful location! We thoroughly enjoyed the olive oil factory, and learning about the old and new ways of making it. We loved the stop for local coffee and meeting the owners. The drive was spectacular, and learning about the building of the dam and changes the dam has brought to the country was interesting. The generous personality of our guide Spiros made it extra special. His stops to pick thyme, sage, fennel and other crops was a highlight—and the sharing of his family olive oil to take home was a sweet surprise. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience, we will cherish the memories! Thank you Ed and Spiros!!

This tour was by far amazing, educational, relaxing, and most of all FUN! Ed was our tour guide (because he was recommended by another customer) and I was so glad my friends and I got to spend the day with him. He let us make the decision on when to stop to take pictures, stop for coffee, or how long we wanted to stay in a village to just explore as well as try to see if we knew the fruit tree or certain herb bush. I wish I could give this tour 6 stars!!! Thank you Ed for being a great guide and most of all, YOU!! Stay happy my Cretian friend.

Ed was recommended by a friend who used him the previous year. Ed was not available so his partner, Mike (Michalis) did our private tour. Mike was wonderful and showed us all the major sites and taught us so much about the Cretan culture and history. He took us for a delicious lunch at a family run restaurant. We had a wonderful memorable day. Crete is big and this is the best way to see the most notable spots.

What a spectacular day with Ed as our personal tour leader We were looking for a unique experience that provided us an amazing taste of Crete but kept us away for the crowded and hectic tourist trap areas and Ed totally hit it out of the park. Although we pre planned many of the stops, Ed made live time successful recommendations as he gained more of an understanding of our interests. Although he provided us an opportunity to enjoy Crete, the time traveling between stops was just as informative and fun. We highly recommend scheduling a day or more with Ed. A real genuine and fun person.

My daughter her son and I booked a private tour to Knossos Palace Lassithi plateau , wind mills , old villages and Zeus Cave . We were lucky to be accompanied by the best guy we could find. Eddie made it interesting , informative and really funny at the same time . He made us feel very comfortable as soon as we started the tour and we had so much information about Crete and places we visited. We stopped in many different places to take photos and enjoy the view. If you need the advice of a local person or you not so sure on what to visit then don't hesitate and call Eddie he can customize a tour on your wishes and needs and you won't be disapointed! My husband and our friends spend the day with Eddie. Crete is lovely and seeing the villages, exploring the mountains, sampling fresh figs, apples and strawberries was fun and learning how they make olive oil was fun. The highlight is Eddie! Eddie took us to the most amazing place for lunch. He shared his stories with us and he listened to ours. When he found out we couldn’t get a reservation at the restaurant we had our hearts set on, he called and got one for us that night. He showed up at the restaurant and bought us a bottle of wine and gave us some of his own olive oil. Then when he found out we still needed a ride to the ferry the next morning he took us. Thank you Eddie!! Best tour and tour guide EVER!!!

After reading the reviews we booked Eddie to take us on a South Crete tour and we weren't disappointed. He picked us up from our hotel on time and immediately put us at ease. On the way from Heraklion to Matala I told Eddie that I was interested in old villages and churches and he knew where exactly where to take us. He made a detour to a village called ' Agio Thomas'. A small village steeped in history with Roman tombs and many churches, one with the oldest mural on the island. The village was beautiful and Eddie walked around the village with us, taking us up to a place to see the spectacular views and unusual natural geography. If it weren't for Eddie we would have never heard about this place let alone visited it. It was the highlight of my holiday. The whole trip was just wonderful and thank you for the ice cold coffee you bought us at the hottest part of the day! Eddie was the perfect host, friendly , funny and charming but most of all he took the time to listen to what we were interested in changing the trip and going over and beyond to ensure we had the best time on the island . Всем доброго дня! Недавно вернулись с подругой с Крита. Сказать, что нам понравилось-это ничего не сказать. Брали приватную экскурсию с Эдди и не пожалели. Он мастер своего дела. Много знает, интересно рассказывает, понятно говорит по-русски. Эдди очень весёлый и доброжелательный, с ним было интересно. С ним мы увидели всё, что хотели и даже больше.Сделали много замечательных снимков. В общем, время пролетело незаметно. Мы даже на плантации клубники заезжали. Спасибо Эдди за всё! Если еще раз приедем на Крит, то экскурсии только с Эдди!
