Everything about this trip was perfect. From the busy street markets to the picturesque lantern festival, I left with a newfound appreciation for Taiwan and its culture.

James was a marvelous tour guide. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic. He had a broad knowledge of the places we visited and made my trip memorable.

We had a great experience, discovering the seaside area around Taipei. We made a trip first to the Golden Waterfall and then to Jiufen and Pingxi, living for 9 hours the real Taiwan. Definitely something to be repeated!

We did a tour with James Chen and he was great! We did the 9 hour tour that include Jiufen. He arrived at our hotel right on time and was super friendly, and even came prepared with water for us! He was very informative and knowledgeable on the tour and answered all our questions. As it got sunnier/windier he was even so kind to even offer a jacket or umbrella. He helped arrange a vegetarian meal for us, being mindful of allergies, helped us communicate with vendors to buy souvenirs, and gave good suggestions of foods to try. He also took pictures of us at all the landmarks! We had a great day tour thanks to him and feel we couldn’t have gotten such a great experience if we had been on our own.

Chia Jung did an excellent job touring us. He has warm personality, loves his job and most of all speaks English very well. He even has the accent of an American English speaker. He is a good conversationalist. He took care of us until the last minute of our tour; and took us lots of pictures too. We will for sure recommend this tour to our friends back home with special mention of Chia Jung as a tour guide. Excellent tour. Perfect 5 stars🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 rate.

We had such a fun and informative day. Tony was wonderful, delivering above and beyond our anticipated itinerary. He put so much energy and thought into finding secret spots to maximise our experience and to create special memories for us. He is such a good human who clearly loves what he does and thrives upon seeing his guests enjoy themselves as well. We are so grateful for the time we spent with him. He opened our eyes to parts of Taiwan we didn't know existed and taught us about the flavours, culture and history with passion and good humour. We'll remember our time with him with huge smiles for years to come.

James Chen was an amazing guide for our day in the mountains! He’s everything a guide should be and even though he apologized for his English we thought his conversation skills were excellent. He kept us moving, provided umbrellas when it started to rain and introduced us to a totally different side of Taiwan than the big city. He took us to the most wonderful little eatery when he found out we wanted Tai soup dumplings, even calling ahead so the proprietor could have them ready when we got there. He takes many pictures and has contacts which provide excellent services like tea ceremony and lantern lighting. One of the best days we had on our trip to India and Asia.

One of the highlights of our Taipei trip! Everyone in our family enjoyed the scenic drive going out of Taipei. The tour is a great way to explore many areas of northeast Taiwan in a single day! Our guide for the day provided us a wonderful balance between touring us around and allowing us time to explore ourselves. My only wish was that we would have had some more time to explore Jiufen!

Our guide didn’t really do much talking, just mostly took us from spot to spot instead of actually being a guide and sharing more details, historical backgrounds/significance. Also timings were off from the tour description as we spent very little time in Shifen as an example. Places were good to see, just needed to have more engagement .

Tony our guide was very personable with great driving skills & very accommodating personal touches that made this tour really pop off , Tony also had great in dept knowledge of the area and the food that he had taken us to the great pluses was he also a great photographer combine that with the knowledge he brought to the tour it was like having your very own photographer that could do your pics and memories for you so you could really just take in all the culture.

Ok, so after the 8 hour Taipei Planless tour, we knew we had to book this company again. Our tour guide today was Paul Yang who was absolutely phenomenal, and had the best 90s music videos playing in his nice, clean and comfortable SUV for our day guided tour. Paul took us to all of the key places in Jouifen and north Taiwan, to include a once-in-a-lifetime experience in rustic Shifen where we painted our dreams and wishes on a hot-air lantern, releasing it into the sky as a symbol of the heavens receiving our message. The Golden Waterfall and the Shifen Waterfall were amazing. Again, Paul took several pictures of us and sent them via WhatsApp - completely taking the hassle out of capturing our family living our best lives while on vacation to Taiwan. The views of the Yingyang Sea were breathtaking and the experience on the old streets of Jouifen were unparalleled. When we come back to Taiwan, we will be sure to book JusTaiwan. We had a phenomenal two days with phenomenal tour guides at our own pace for a great price. Thank you for making our stay in Taiwan so memorable!
